Overall I love the new Candy color and I like most of them more than I used to, but there's a few individual candies I will miss. The Sygriff especially. They were already pretty bright and lovely.

Tavil lost the outline on their stripes, which is a nice touch. Makes it less cartoony.

The Slynx have always worn the colors in a unique way compared to other species, which I will miss. They've always been a bit more muted and grey. Old Purine is basically my favorite color combo in existence (soft grey + blue) so I'll miss it, but the new ones are pretty dang good too. Noel moved up from 'never' to 'probably not' for me and the new Sky is especially delightful. (Also... Jewel, you okay? You got no pupils!)

Glowy new Candy color scheme is glowy. Also, I use the word "glowy' a lot in this thread.

I think the new Lohlanis are my favorite. No reason, they just are.

I am surprised by the Rollaby's eyes being so much darker than the other new Candies but I dig it.

Silver, I have had the opposite reaction to the new Noel Slynx and I don't know what that says about me.

Man I'll miss old Candy sometimes, like in the case of the Trumpetter, but I also like the new one. For other pets, like the Skyllard, I'm so glad we're not using that dark red-pink anymore. Also the Fenling is interesting in that it uses purple as the accent color instead of green like the others. I like it a lot.

Bruma lost their stripe-outlines as well which I think has done a lot to make their faces cuter! They look so squishy and nice now.

Also YAS more new Aries I love it!

The only one I'm unsure about is the Organic. It's much paler than other new Organics, so it looks a little out of place next to the other, brighter ones. Might just have to get used to it.

I LOVE?!?! They're Cthulhu-dogs! I've had eldritch abomination stuff on the mind lately (somehow I got big into Cthulhu Mythos-themed board games?), so that was the first place my mind went with a "beasts of the deep"-themed RP. These guys are everything I wanted out of the theme! They're tentacular but cute!
