I totally agree with you there, Zein. T.T So help me, if they TRY to make Eldest a movie...!

Anyhow... Wow. I go off to band, transcribe a song, and this thing's gotten a page worth or replies. T_T And Max, I had no clue what the movie was about or that it was based off of a trilogy. o_O Shows ya just how... removed I can be.

Also, Saphira wasn't supposed to have feathered wings. T.T I was ticked off when I watched the trailer and realized they had messed up Saphira's design. How hard is it to follow a design, that's WRITTEN down? *rolls eyes* But yes. The only thing I can say in that piece of crap's defense, is that Brom's death was more heroic than the book portrayed. I read that scene, and I was "What? He died? What happened??!" It was just too quick and blunt. But in the movie, I was glad that Saphira and Eragon made him smile once more. *actually cried* But that's it. Nothing else happened anything like it was supposed to. The- *stops rambling*

As for HP, I was sadly disappointed in the third one. Harry got the firebolt in the middle of the book. Not at the end. I understand it would have taken some more time for him to get it, have it stripped and all that in the movie, but they waste our time with Quidditch in the movies, why not give Harry the Firebolt at the RIGHT time? O.o But after the third, they just went down the drain real quick. And... I don't even like the series anymore thanks to the Deathly Hallows. All those years of being psyched about the books, only to have it killed off so pointlessly. Harry. Should. Have. Stayed. Dead. That twerp deserved to die, he was so stupid.

It's kind of funny how many Harry Potter fans actually hate Harry.

Nothing against the series or the fans, that just makes me laugh.

Kind of reminds me of how some people have heard of the website "Homestar Runner," but even more people have heard of the website "Strong Bad." D'oh.

I've been to Homestar Runner. It's just annoying sometimes so I avoid it. x3 Plus... I forget about it most of the time too. Kinda like Something Positive. Favorite web comic, but I forget it exists.

They had Angela in there, but she was supposed to be all old and stuff, not look like a 20-something girl wearing FAR too much jewelry. As for Saphira's wings, I was pretty ticked about that too; and Brom's death was definitely more heroic in the movie. On the subject of books, I can hardly wait for the third book to come out.

Wasn't Angela supposed to be based on the author's sister? Maybe that's why they did it. Still, it was completely ridiculous. (The whole movie) But never trust Hollywood with these things.

I read the whole trilogy--AWESOME-est thing I ever read. Or in other words, I wish it was realistic fiction.

In any case, I shall go to the movies for the first time in, like, three years to watch The Golden Compass. Hollywood should be thankful for that.

-sigh- I didn't even go to see Eragon, after my friend (Roxianna, to be precise) told me that they murdered it. This all reminds me of my Lit. teacher...he has this whole theory that Hollywood is trying to 'stupidify' everybody with movies instead of books...He just hates the Harry Potter movies...He says that in the theator, he got up and yelled at the screen...0.0 He's kind of...odd. But I agree with him, 100%

For the Harry potter movies this is what I like to do.

Read the book it's on, go to the theater and be mad at the scree.

"That's not right,"
"That's too soon,"
"Hey! Hagrids brother was bigger/smaller than that!" XD

-sigh- I didn't even go to the 5th one...I knew they were just going to slaughter it. After going to the 3rd one I got really turned off...First the original Dumbledore actor died, and they also got a new director. I mean, the first two movies were pretty good but...The rest just sucked. >.< Me hates them.

But I love Severus Snape...don't know why, but he's me favorite character. xD

Okay, one thing before I start to rave: Lily, I still think you should see the Eragon movie. Even if it did suck.

Okay, raving time. Roran runs away so he doesn't have to join the army(in the movie). Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! No he doesn't!!!! In the book, it's so he can get married. Okay, next: Angalena is only in the movie for like, 2 minutes. She's one of the main characters! If you hadn't read the books, you wouldn't know who she was, becuase you wouldn't be able to remember her! There's no Jehad, so Eragon never finds out Brom was an agent *coughleadercough* of the Varden!!!! And in the end, the shade summonds this dragon thingy to ride on! No! No! No! That doesn't happen either!!!!!!

Incase you hadn't noticed, the Inheiritance series are my favorite books ever. I've read them each 17 times. I LOVE THOSE BOOKS!!!! <3 He he.
