As you approach a brightly colored tent, with deep, blood reds, bright, sky blues, and whites on each panel. Intrigued, you enter the tent, and are greeted by Seru, sitting quietly on a simply three legged stool, vast amounts of eggs, of all sorts of shapes and sizes scattered about. They are, on average, a foot in diameter, and resting in huge nests. She waves at you, talking to another customer at the moment. A short, furry dragoness approaches you, her bright red dress standing out against the brown earth underneath the tent.

"Hello, ma petit! If you'll be seated here, and fill out this application, Seru will be right with you, and find you the perfect dragon companion for you!" she purrs in a way that makes you think of the English Ton, in the sixteen hundreds. She waves a two-clawed forepaw at a group of chairs.
There are stacks of papers on the table between a few of the chairs. On each is a form, and a pencil.
