You join the site, and you get a free custom lolli, otherwise, you wait for the RARE ocasions that the slots for custom lolli's are out and grab them, so basically a slim chance if you don't join. Or you can get one from the lolli auctions when they're up...

Also, another way that I believe you could but it's not very likely, you could see if someone wanted to sell a lolli that they have....

First of all, Silverin, you need to give us a gender for the Viikuan you want. Both males and females have different poses. And, it's once the ks is received that Okko sends your order out, rather then responding and having to prompt for the payment.
