I might add more to this--maybe a History, Theme Song, Story--just a view things here and there. But this is basically it. x3
Personality: Erdeis is stuck. That's the easy way to say it. She feels torn between the Rebellion and the Hierarchy. She wants desperately to remain loyal to her father, Nazuna, yet she has an uncanny interest in the 'darker' side of her family. She has grown up with the thought that everything related to the Hierarchy is evil, that there's nothing good about it. But Erdeis is at the age where she wants to make her own decisions--she wants to try new things, live her own life. She doesn't want to be stuck between the two sides. What she really wants is peace between Nazuna and her grandfather, but she very much doubts that it will happen. Erdeis is at this point a bit neutral, but would lean more to the Rebellion side.
Erdeis is a smart person, but doesn't always use her brains. Her coordination is limited as well and common sense isn't always quite so high. Erdeis can be a bit goofy at times, usually laughing and smiling when with friends. But when something like the conflict between the Rebellion and the Hierarchy is thrown in her face, she becomes serious and more thoughtful. Erdeis is one who follows her heart in times of trouble, rather than her brain. She wants to remain faithful to herself, yet she doesn't want to break the bond she has with her father--and that's hard, because she's not afraid to talk back and say what she's really thinking. Deeply confused inside when it comes to making the choice between the Rebellion and the Hierarchy, Erdeis often uses her positive attitude to get her through the hard times. Without laughter, she'd probably be hopeless. But she's determined to get through the fighting and make some sort of peace. Erdeis doesn't give up on things that are important to her and she never backs down.
Approximate Age: (You can change this if you like.) 17
Views on the Rebellion: Erdeis used to fully believe everything said by those of the Rebellion. But now that she is older, Erdeis wants to make her own decisions. Erdeis believes that the Rebellion is more 'good' than 'evil,' but doesn't want to make any absolute decisions yet. If it came down to making a choice, though, she'd side with the Rebellion.
Views on the Hierarchy: Erdeis doesn't know what to think of the Hierarchy. She hasn't actually had any real, in-depth experiences with those of the Hierarchy, and so she hasn't made absolute decisions on it yet. She does believes that some things the Hierarchy do are wrong and often feels uneasy when thinking about it.
Views on Nazuna: Erdeis loves her father--she really does. But she just finds it hard to relate to him, when their ideas are often different. She feels that Nazuna has a hard time showing any love to her and wishes he could find it easier, for she sometimes feels that he doesn't really love her. She believes he does care, even if he doesn't show it. Erdeis doesn't agree with her father in many things, and they often fight. She wishes that he would let her make her own ideas about the Hierarchy, and often gets sick of hearing his words about how the Hierarchy is evil. She just doesn't think that he understands her, and she finds it very hard to understand some of his own thoughts.
Views on Nano: Erdeis sometimes feels like Nano is the only one who understands her or loves her. She is very close to him and thinks he's a ton of fun, the opposite of her father. She often goes to him for comfort and enjoys his company. The only thing Erdeis can't understand about Nano-- how he puts up with her father.
Views on Baal: Erdeis really doesn't have a clue what Lord Baal is like, for she's never really met him. She's only heard about her grandfather from those of the Rebellion, and so she's only heard the negative things about him. Erdeis would rather meet him and form her own opinion about Baal. But the idea in her mind at the moment, what with all the women he's been with, is that he's a bit perverted...
Quirks: Erdeis has slight issues. She hears the voices of those who are dead. And not all of them are helpful. Some voices try to point her in the right directions, but most simply want to make her life horrible. Erdeis tries to ignore most of these voices, whether good or not, because they often interfere at the worst possible times.
There is one voice, though, who often talks with Erdeis. He was a Lucain, like her, and is around the same age. He's a bit of a snob, but smart and often helps Erdeis.
Erdeis has not told her father about these voices, but she believes that her power came somehow formed from her father's psychic abilities...
