I might add more to this--maybe a History, Theme Song, Story--just a view things here and there. But this is basically it. x3

Personality: Erdeis is stuck. That's the easy way to say it. She feels torn between the Rebellion and the Hierarchy. She wants desperately to remain loyal to her father, Nazuna, yet she has an uncanny interest in the 'darker' side of her family. She has grown up with the thought that everything related to the Hierarchy is evil, that there's nothing good about it.  But Erdeis is at the age where she wants to make her own decisions--she wants to try new things, live her own life. She doesn't want to be stuck between the two sides. What she really wants is peace between Nazuna and her grandfather, but she very much doubts that it will happen. Erdeis is at this point a bit neutral, but would lean more to the Rebellion side.
Erdeis is a smart person, but doesn't always use her brains. Her coordination is limited as well and common sense isn't always quite so high. Erdeis can be a bit goofy at times, usually laughing and smiling when with friends. But when something like the conflict between the Rebellion and the Hierarchy is thrown in her face, she becomes serious and more thoughtful. Erdeis is one who follows her heart in times of trouble, rather than her brain. She wants to remain faithful to herself, yet she doesn't want to break the bond she has with her father--and that's hard, because she's not afraid to talk back and say what she's really thinking. Deeply confused inside when it comes to making the choice between the Rebellion and the Hierarchy, Erdeis often uses her positive attitude to get her through the hard times. Without laughter, she'd probably be hopeless. But she's determined to get through the fighting and make some sort of peace. Erdeis doesn't give up on things that are important to her and she never backs down.

Approximate Age: (You can change this if you like.) 17

Views on the Rebellion: Erdeis used to fully believe everything said by those of the Rebellion. But now that she is older, Erdeis wants to make her own decisions. Erdeis believes that the Rebellion is more 'good' than 'evil,' but doesn't want to make any absolute decisions yet. If it came down to making a choice, though, she'd side with the Rebellion.

Views on the Hierarchy: Erdeis doesn't know what to think of the Hierarchy. She hasn't actually had any real, in-depth experiences with those of the Hierarchy, and so she hasn't made absolute decisions on it yet. She does believes that some things the Hierarchy do are wrong and often feels uneasy when thinking about it.

Views on Nazuna: Erdeis loves her father--she really does. But she just finds it hard to relate to him, when their ideas are often different. She feels that Nazuna has a hard time showing any love to her and wishes he could find it easier, for she sometimes feels that he doesn't really love her. She believes he does care, even if he doesn't show it. Erdeis doesn't agree with her father in many things, and they often fight. She wishes that he would let her make her own ideas about the Hierarchy, and often gets sick of hearing his words about how the Hierarchy is evil. She just doesn't think that he understands her, and she finds it very hard to understand some of his own thoughts.

Views on Nano: Erdeis sometimes feels like Nano is the only one who understands her or loves her. She is very close to him and thinks he's a ton of fun, the opposite of her father. She often goes to him for comfort and enjoys his company. The only thing Erdeis can't understand about Nano-- how he puts up with her father.

Views on Baal: Erdeis really doesn't have a clue what Lord Baal is like, for she's never really met him. She's only heard about her grandfather from those of the Rebellion, and so she's only heard the negative things about him. Erdeis would rather meet him and form her own opinion about Baal. But the idea in her mind at the moment, what with all the women he's been with, is that he's a bit perverted...

Quirks: Erdeis has slight issues. She hears the voices of those who are dead. And not all of them are helpful. Some voices try to point her in the right directions, but most simply want to make her life horrible. Erdeis tries to ignore most of these voices, whether good or not, because they often interfere at the worst possible times.
There is one voice, though, who often talks with Erdeis. He was a Lucain, like her, and is around the same age. He's a bit of a snob, but smart and often helps Erdeis.
Erdeis has not told her father about these voices, but she believes that her power came somehow formed from her father's psychic abilities...

Personality: Mysterious, Elusive, Beautiful, Alluring, Sly, Majestic
History: Truly a creature of the woods, Erdeis has spent all her life exploring and admiring the many forests dotted around Evelon. She is untrusting, perhaps because it is rumoured that a man she loved broke her heart fiercely and cruely. That was when she left her home and shut herself away in the forest, vowing that she would never be so foolish as to rely on a man again
However, she has also let it be known that her dad had a part in her eagerness to return home. She always felt like he put pressure on her, and this created a wall in between them that may never be lifted. Her own feelings towards Lord Baal are vague. She doesn't appear to have a particular grudge towards him, and yet she isn't very friendly either
Other Info: Erdeis is feared and admired by all. Her elusiveness causes many to be curious about her, and she lets slip no secrets of her own. Living alone in the middle of the forest, many seek her wisdom and powers, for it has been said that she is psychic herself and controls the very powers that run through the earth. However, Erdeis is not to be trusted. This feminine vixen is as cunning as she is beautiful, and will never do anything unless there is a profit to herself. She delights in hypnotizing young men with her beauty and ordering them to do tasks for her. She is not heartless though and it is possible for a person to unlock her confusing exterior to find the more caring Lucain underneath. She has a particular liking to snow globes, being incredibly fascinated by them. Maybe because she had never seen snow herself. She collects the globes and often when she is feeling particularly upset or frustrated at the world around her, she looks at them and they cheer her up/calm her.

Erdeis is a kind soul. Seeing the violence involved with her Father's rebellion Erdeis became a pacifist and separated herself from Nazuma and her other kin. In a secluded location Erdeis began to collect her favorite things; books. In becoming a librarian of sorts Erdeis discovered her own power; she had the ability to give life to books. Erdeis spent many a year alone with her friends, the books.
Unfortunately, this peace would not last. While out looking for some rare books her uncle Silo discovered her refuge. Enraged that she would abandon her father in his time of need Silo ignited her library. Erdeis returned to discover her haven in flames. In a last ditch effort to save her family of tomes she used her power to scatter the living books all across Evelon. Now Erdeis is journeying across the world to find her books, which sleep until they are found.

Hope you like it!

Erdeis:

I have grown up in a dark family of even darker secrets. I have heard my father speak passionately about one thing only: the Rebellion. I don't even know who Lord Baal is except that he's "the enemy". I care for my father but I don't like him much. He hasn't treated me well and has used my woods skills to his advantage. The only interactions we have had on a semi regular basis have been the tricks he's played on me. He says hes testing me but I don't see how poisoning my food with Bugleberry is a test. He sets up these "scenarios" for me and sometimes they are really dangerous. Recently he did something to my bedroom door knob that shocked the fur off me...or at least felt like it. It singed my paw. Since then though I think the electronic equipment is talking to me....even the clock has something to say. It's weird. I've acted like nothing is happening and I don't talk back to stuff with others in the room. It's very distracting to try and listen to my instructor when his phone is complaining about all the missed calls.

My only sanctuary in all this is a secret garden of mine. Its hidden in some old ruins that are difficult to traverse. One of the courtyards had tons of weeds. I cleaned it up and planted all sorts of seeds I got from a local peasant. It is now a wild and beautiful place, even on a rainy day. I found a bench elsewhere in the ruins and placed it into the center. One day I would like to add a small pond but I don't have the time these days. When I am there, I find talking to the plants is a calming way to spend the day. I have been able to understand plants since I was very little.

I mentioned my instructor before but forgot to mention what I am taught. The same old Lucain has been teaching me since I was a pup. When I was old enough it was him that taught me of the woods. As the years went by he left normal topics and delved into things like anatomy and basic combat. I learned it well thinking it was just for defense. I was wrong. He then started teaching me to be super silent, not leave tracks, to disguise my scent and even worse...he wants me to kill. The other day he confessed that he was Dad's retired assassin. He didn't say it that way but it all means the same. He was supposed to teach me his skills when I became old enough. I decided to learn but I am only waiting for the right time of escape.

Personality:Strong willed, moderately friendly, suspicious, cautious, a bit angry.
Feelings for the Rebellion: How can father value this over his children?
Feelings for Lord Baal: All I know is that he's the Enemy. I know nothing else.
Knowledges: woodcraft, survival, herbalism, poisons, traps, assassination, infiltration, tracking, hunting, stealth
Skills : Unarmed combat, pressure points, cooking, various weapons combat, gardening, acting

Powers: Can speak to plants, Can speak to electronics
Weakness: Anger, she has a smoldering anger and fustration towards her father for his callous way of treating her. What she doesn't know it that he's planning to turn her anger towards something useful for him.

Okay. I have a little filler story that's like a peek into what she thinks. Her personality is in it, but to make it easier I included one at the bottom.

Erdeis watched as her father, the only one she's ever looked up to, run off without her, commanding her to stay in safety and wait. She was tired of waiting and watching as her beloved father went off to fight some demon without her. She was strong! She could do anything he could do! She could make people turn to stone before you very eyes-even though she can't exactly control it! And yet her father, the one she both admires and despises, will not let her go into danger. Maybe it was her weak left lung. She could've had it fixed if Nazuna had let her near a doctor. But no, he said that doctors were dangerous. He didn't trust anyone near her. She was getting tired of it. Being a full grown Lucian, she felt that decisions for her should be made BY her. But under the harsh and unceasingly cold eyes of Nazuna, it was almost impossible. She thought that she could change that. When her father was off and she was left alone (and that was very rare), she continued to map out where her father was fighting, trying to find a pattern in the traveling of demons. But there was a certain demon she seeked: Lord Baal. Yes, the arrogant and sometimes a bit perverted Baal who had won her curiosity by being the one Nazuna hated the most. If her father knew what she was planning, she would be trapped at home forever. Even she was not left at home much, but only because her father felt that she was safer with her. She would lie in wait and watch another demon fall prey to her father. No, she would reach for her true blood: the blood of a demon, a demon who could defeat even the great Nazuna. She would show him that she could be strong against anyone, even her father.

That's a little like a story, but it includes her personality, which long story short is this:

Erdeis is a quiet daddy's girl. At least, that's what you'd think when you see her. She watches her father with both cold and hungry eyes, soaking in the knowledge he has given her, the things she'd learned about demons, and with a malice she thinks no one would understand, her stare is one of the scariest things you'll ever see. She likes puzzles, like figuring out patterns and the like. And, like all of Nazuna's children, she has a bit of a quirky power, but it only comes out with her temper which tends to turn people into stone. Not their total person, of course, since she has a weak spot for being kind and her anger doesn't last long. But she doesn't like people telling her what to do, or how to live her life. She wants to be free, live a life like her dad's, but not a life WITH her dad. She also has a thing for a certain demon, who she seeks for only one reason: her father hates him. She also enjoys his pink hair.
About you and me: it's plain to see,
We only ever want to stay inside and watch TV,
Because that's just as good a memory,
You're just good company,
And I am finally accepting that.

Remember the time when we stole the whole day?
And nobody knows it, we took it away,
And it will be forever mine,
And it will be forever yours
Now we own the night, and it can't be undone,
We'll never forget how it feels to be young,
Cos it will be forever mine,
And it will be forever yours.

I did not make my avatar.

Erdeis grew up knowing her family, of her lines, and of the wars blazing on between the Rebellion and Hierarchy. And to her, she thinks they're all bloody insane and tries to stay as far away from her relatives as possible.

You see, she is entirely convinced that her family suffers from some head condition (She's betting on Schizophrenia) which lets them believe that they're 'demons,' and somehow fell into some fight over some silly incident. She came to believe this at a young age, about four, when she spotted a magician from outside her bedroom window. She watched from afar, as she was never very social, and was extremely pleased as she watched the man pull a Cuniflare from a hat, but after the show had ended, her mood soon changed into shock as she saw the man lift the top hat to reveal a hole cut into the table, into which the Cuniflare was placed in preparation for the next show. It was a hoax! A hoax! As you could guess, the little girl was devastated. She soon lost hope in all magic and other-worldly ideas, and fled from her crazed family at the tender age of sixteen, her plans ready and set. As she's pretty efficient, she didn't have much trouble in finding a job at a flower shop (She always loved flowers, although she doesn't know why) and renting a nice apartment in Nabias, in which she still lives in at age 21. She lives an uneventful live, still working in that small flower shop, which she now owns. She went to college for two years, trying to become a physiatrist so that she could help her family, but failed miserably because she never talked to her patients and prescribed medication for illnesses they didn't have.
She's oddly quiet, almost to the point of being mute, as she believes everyone won't get her 'words of wisdom,' showing how egotistical she is. When she does talk, though, her voice rings as loud as a general in the Imperial army. She hates to be wrong, and when she is, she goes on a rampage, telling the world all the excuses she has in her head on why she wasn't right and how she was right in some confusing way. She's hardly a good ally, as she would easily betray you as the magician did her. Quick to jump to conclusions, she believes that every man is a murderer and every woman a gossip. Erdeis doesn't trust anyone easily, and nor should you trust her with her sharp tongue and piercing eyes.

Her opinion on Lord Baal is the same for everyone in her family: just a normal Lucain that happens to be slightly insane. From what she heard of him, though, she despises him for his...Friendliness towards the female gender.

Erdeis's alignment is somewhere between Lawful and Chaotic Neutral. She doesn't seem to care about the Hierarchy and the Rebellion much, as she sees both as simple figments of two mad-men's dreams. She tends to stay out of such insane things.

Although she doesn't believe in 'powers,' she does have them: she can grow flowers with an added bit of poison in their scent with enough power to kill a full-grown man in a matter a three sniffs. She has no idea how many people she put in the hospital with this odd talent that can turn roses meant for a lover into deadly weapons, nor does she care. In her mind, if she ever found out she was an actual demon; they ticked her off so they deserved it. This poison is untraceable through most modern machinery, so she probably will never get in trouble for it, unless a demon were to track her down, as the poison has a distinct color seen only through the eyes of demons and some powerful angels.
she said one day to leave her, sand up to her shoulders waiting for the tide
to drag her to the ocean, to another sea's shore.
this thing hurts like hell,
but what did you expect?

and all you can hear is the sound of your own heart
and all you can feel is your lungs flood and the blood course
but oh I can see five hundred years dead set ahead of me,
five hundred behind,
a thousand years in perfect symmetry...

**I wrote a story you could base a personality on.  Slightly depressing but hope it helps in some way**

Erdeis had grown up in a strange family.  Her father, a Rebellion and a psychic, no doubt a weird time she had with a father such as him.  She isn't sure of her alliance though.  To be a Rebellion, she would ultimately be thrown into war at some point.  But to join the opposing side, she would forever be frowned upon by her father; becoming an outcast.  To choose neither, she would have some peace but then again...  She just wasn't sure.

Erdeis is a very distant individual.  Seeing as her father was always away on Rebellion business she had never really known him.  And when he was around, the battles was all he talked about.  All and all not much love there.  She prefers to adventure out into mountainous areas.  Being a daughter born into a feud, she can't help but have some taste for war.  She runs battle simulations alone, making use of the rocky terrain for ambushes and hide-outs.  As of late, she has also discovered a hidden talent, no doubt passed on to her by her father.  She has psychic powers, strong enough to move fairly good sized objects.  Her powers even give her the ability to mind read!  But only slightly.  Fearing that if she were to tell of these powers she would suffer the same fate as her father, she keeps it a secret never to be told.

She constantly dreams of a world comprised solely for herself.  Never having to choose sides, never having to worry about attacks.  Just a haven where she was the ruler.  Away from her father and family.  Away from the world.  But maybe her feelings will change with time...if she meets others different from those she knows through family ties and battles...

History: As a young pup, Erdeis always longed to know her father better, but he was never there, being away on Rebellion business, or some other excuse. As soon as she was old enough to take care of herself, she was sent out into the world alone to make her own way. She struggled just to stay alive, forced to beg for scraps and to steal. One day when she was caught stealing, she learned of her powers.

Erdeis had sidled easily over to a bake stand, and had just snatched a piece of bread when the baker grabbed her arm. Terrified, she reacted without thinking and caused a rock to fly up and hit the man in the face. She had the power to control earth, which from then on gave her an edge in the fight for survival. But during all this time she had built up a resentment for her father. Where was he when she needed him most? Off on some mission with Nano for his precious Rebellion.

As the years passed, and still Nazuna did not take the time to see his daughter, she made a decision. Out of spite, she joined the hierarchy and stood by her grandfather's side. Now she is determined to make her father pay for all the time he spent with the Rebellion instead of her.

Powers: the ability to control earth of any form (dirt, mud, rocks, etc.)

Personality: She is strong-willed and stubborn, unwilling to concede on anything without adequate proof against it. Her heart is as hard as the rocks that she control, and her spirit is as fierce as a tornado. Fear is not a word in her vocabulary, and her courage is legendary. She will take on anything or anyone so long as there is plenty of earth around her.

Views on her father: "He will be made to repent of all the time he spent with the Rebellion when he should have been with me."

Views on the Rebellion: "The Rebellion's cause is futile. There is no way they will ever defeat us. Why my father even bothers to try mystifies and disgusts me. Why did he waste all of his time on a lost cause?"

Views on Nano: "He will be made to suffer. I hate him for keeping my father away on those stupid missions."

Views on Lord Baal: "'I don't really know him that well, but I realize that he is where true power lies. My father is no match for him, I know that much."

Views on the Hierarchy: "A rather strange family of Lucain, but they're my family now. I would die to protect them, as I swore when I joined them. They have taken the place of my father in my life."

Erdeis

Secondary Species: Half Demon/ Half Nobody
Attack Type/Element: Gravity/ Stars
Alignment: Neutral

Personality

Erdeis is quiet and calm, when the situation is suited to her. When the situation is not in favor of her, she can be quite angry and hot headed. She is also gets scared if she thinks her life is threatened and she won't be able to protect herself. Although she is part nobody, a group of people who are not supposed to exist, she knows she is not supposed to exist, but doesn't really care.

Quirks:

Erdeis has the power of gravity. She can move objects and people by adjusting where and what direction gravity is pulling. Due to her father's curse, her powers have become dormant, only triggered when Erdeis is in extreme danger. For some unusual reason, the moon is the symbol of her power, this might have something to do with the fact that when the moon is full, she is more likely to have her powers triggered.

Current Residence:
In Klaus' band of humans

Story:

The Moon... it just sits there... watching us... and our actions.
Erdeis sat on the grassy hill, eyes towards the great full moon, the symbol of her supposed dormant power.
The night was cold. Thin tendrils of mist curled through the grass, as if it was seeking for something it had once lost. The stars hung in the sky, slowly winking, as if mocking Erdeis' existence.

"Erdeis?"
Erdeis spun around to face her uncle, Nano.
"What do you want?" She spat angrily.
"Your father, Nazuna, wants you." Nano replied, looking slightly offended at her brusque words.
Erdeis' eyes narrowed angrily. "Well, tell Father, that he can go shoot himself."
Nano, slightly irritated replied. "Erdeis... come on!"
Erdeis looked at Nano. "Do you not think that I am unaware of you and your brother's precious plans?" Nano blinked. "Yes, I know, and since I am part demon, I don't doubt for a second that Nazuna will kill me. That insane, deluded demon is worse that Lord Baal and his asocciates." She said venomously.
Turning her back to Nano, she stalked off.

I have no one... the only people I know are crazy and deluded demons who wish to kill all other demons... my granddad would surely have me killed because I am born of Nazuna and I personally do not want anything to do with him... my mother... part of another organization I want nothing to do with...

Erdeis pondered her bleak fate. Surely, there was a way out. But as a demon and a nobody, she didn't belong anywhere.
Suddenly, she smelt another prescence. One of her kin.
Two pairs of eyes gleamed from a bush, then faded.
Erdeis, sensing that this one of her kin meant her harm, shifted into the brown, furry form of a Lucain.

A pair of snarling jaws lept out of the bush, straight at Erdeis. Erdeis dived out of the way, trying to avoid the fangs.
The Lucain passed over Erdeis and skidded to a halt.
"You... your one of them? Aren't you?" The Lucain panted, his pink tongue lolling around in his mouth and his wet nose sniffing the air hungrily.
Erdeis looked at the Lucain. "One of what?"
The Lucain, surely one of her many uncles, gazed at her with an unpleasantly hungry look written on his face. He tilted his head and squinted at her. "Yesss... you are." He growled, his features brightening up.
He slowly took a step towards Erdeis. "Don't be afraid... you... your one of usss..."
Sweat broke out on Erdeis' forhead. "O-one of you?"
The Lucain nodded. "Yess... my name is Venag... whats yourr name prettty?"
Erdeis took a step backwards. Venag was uncomfortably close now. "My name? Eh... Erdeis."
Venag licked his chops. "Ahh.. the daughter of the great Nazuna... I am honourred."

Erdeis was backed up against the rock wall of the cliff, with the demon, Venag, almost on top of her. Erdeis wasn't too sure what this tall demon wanted from her, but, with his lolling tongue and hungry gaze, Erdeis was scared.
Venag's head suddenly darted forward. Erdeis tried to move out of the way, but she was trapped.
The Lucains fangs buried into the soft flesh in her neck. Erdeis whimpered in pain and vainly struggled, trying to dislodge the fangs that had now clamped down on her neck, seeking her juglar vein.
Hot, sticky wet, blood started to flow down her neck, staining her earthy brown fur, crimson.
Venag pulled his teeth out of her neck and stepped away. Erdeis sank to the floor, weak.
Venag growled in delight and dived again at his prey. His teeth closed around Erdeis' leg with a sickening crunch.
Erdeis' eyes turned black. Venag's jaws loosed around her leg in surprise.
Erdeis waved her paw, and several rocks smashed into Venag.
Venag yelped in pain and surprise.
Erdeis narrowed her eyes and by some unknown force, Venag smashed into the wall and was pinned there.
Narrowing her eyes to move the bones in her leg to repair themselves, Erdeis stood up and stalked back to Venag.
"Go."
Venag dropped on the ground, got up and fled in fear.

Erdeis' eyes faded back to normal and she sank to the ground, shuddering from the cold.
"Hey.. are you alright?"
Erdeis looked up. A figure swathed in blue looked down at her.
Erdeis nodded. "Yeah... I think so."
The figure sat down next to her, guestering at a group of humans in the distance to stay put.
"What happened?" He asked.
Erdeis, slowly explained her encounter with the demon to the strange person next to her.
"Ah.. I see, it is unfortunate that you had to meet Venag... he is a full demon who only eats those with demon blood. But, he attacked you, so you must be a demon too."
Erdeis slowly nodded. "Yeah.. I am half demon, half Nobody."
The stranger nodded. "I see... Well, I am Klaus... I lead this small band of humans. We often try to deter the plans of the Hierarchy."
Erdeis nodded. "I am Erdeis... Hey.. what happened to your eye?" She asked, guesturing at his odd eye.
"Hmm? Oh that... One of my brothers, Nazuna tried to kill me because I was half demon... beware Nazuna, he has a plan to cleanse the world of demons like us.
"Thanks, but I well and truely know that. Nazuna is-was my father. I ran away from him."
"Hey.. why don't you join my band? We can keep you safe from your father, plus, you will have some family here."
Erdeis looked up at her new found uncle. "Sure, that sounds good... but I want nothing to do with Baal."
Klaus considered what she said. "I guess you don't have to participate when we do go out." He said.
Erdeis looked up at Klaus. "Really? You mean it?"
Klaus nodded. "Sure I do."
They both got up and headed back to the small band of humans, where Klaus introduced Erdeis to the humans.
I sure prefer this sort of living to when I used to live with my father... I could get to liking this sort of living.

Stare in the darkness
Are you scared? Are you free?
I can be fair or a monster
Tell me now, which one do you need?

I can feel teeth tear into me
Rip me to pieces, rock me to sleep
I can feel eyes staring at me
Getting uneasy, ready to feed
I can feel teeth

Yush!~ It is time I enter this contest!

Personality:

Erdeis would be a girl that likes to laugh, but is also really serious when she needs to be. A little like Nazuna, she doesn't like Lord Baal that much. She likes fighting and she LOVES laughing at others when she uses her powers. She has the hability to use earth, but she also has another hability that she uses when she wants to have fun. She has the power to make other living creatures kiss each other. Those creatures can't do anything once they are caught in her power. They WILL kiss each other whatever happens. The only way t o stop it, is to make Erdeis stop her power, but to do that, you really need to have a good way to make her stop. She is not the kind of girl to stop doing something in the middle of it. She always finishes what she has start. She thinks that if she doesn't finish what she does, her life would mean nothing. She will do anything to get what she wants. If she decided to cut someone's arm, she will try to do it as many times as she needs to. She hates receiving orders if they are by someone else than Nazuna. She will probably refuse to obey if he didn't tell her to do it. Since she also hate Lord Baal, she would do anything to help her father when it is about Lord Baal.
