Berry

A common kuhna laid on a ledge near the bottom of the falls. She was the youngest of her family, but her owner, Jaden, loved her so much she didn't care how much training the little kuhna got. The others sometimes envied her for it, since she could go out almost whenever she wanted, while they all had to stay at home. They thought she lived a better life than they did, but they were wrong. Berry didn't have friends, and she wanted some. So she went out and decided to just sit and wait. Maybe, if she was lucky, another kuhna and maybe its friends would pass by. If it didn't work, she could try again another day. She sighed. I'm so tired... she thought. She tried to keep awake but slowly, her eyes started to close and soon she was asleep, lulled by the waterfall and kept warm by the sun shining on her fur.

A little arkuhna was walking not far away from her. When he saw her he tried to hide without beimg seen. 'This is the best time to play' he thought, 'I'm going to follow her, and to jump on her without her noticing me.'

Waking, Berry got the strange feeling that she was being watched. "Hello?" she called. Hearing nothing, she jumped down from the ledge and looked around. She didn't see anyone, but she still had the feeling of being watched. Sighing, she went to the pond at the bottom of the waterfall and began to drink

Sekkai was hidding, and there was no way he was going to come out just like that. He waited for her to turn her back before he followed quietly. He hided himself again when she start drinking.

Berry sat up and sighed. She was used to the feeling of being watched now, in a way, but it didn't stop her from wondering who or what was watching her. In the corner of her eye, she saw a butterfly fluttering near a bush. Playfully, she pounced at it, but missed and landed with an odd thud in the bush. It seemed something or someone was there. "Wha..." she stuttered, leaping up and staring at the half crushed bush.

Sekkai was surprised by Berry as she landed on him, but he didn't made a sound, and waited. A few second later he jumped, he knew where she was because she had just said something, even tought he hadn't understood what.

Suddenly she yelped, for a figure lept out of the bush and knocked her over pinning her down. Startled, she rolled over, trying to make what seems to be an arkuhna lose its balance. She had seen members of her family do that when they were practicing.

Sekkai quickly jumped away, pleased to have been able to surprise her. ''Got you!'' he said happily. He sat not far from her and he looked at her. He was so happy that he wouldn't have seen or heard an explosion in front of him.

Berry jumped to her paws. "You got me!?" she snapped, about to start yelling, but then she just sat down and tried to calm herself. She was used to it. A friend of her owner had a pet that pounced on alot of pets in her family and in the pet's own. She looked at the arkuhna, he was too happy to have his mood spoiled. "What's your name?" she asked him, she wanted to know who had been stalking her.

Sekkai  was still really happy, but it didn't took more than asecond to answer. ''My name is Sekkai, nice to meet you.'' He looked at her and the only think that came to him was. ''What is your name?''

Berry smiled. Something about Sekkai's mood was making her happy too. "My name is Berry." she responded. "By the way, you're really good at stalking. The only way I knew someone was watching me was a feeling." she giggled. Now she was really happy. Not as happy as Sekkai, though. She didn't think anyone could be as happy as he is now.

Sekkai looked at her, and he calmed himself a little. ''Yeah I know, but I often make a small mistake.'' Being with this Berry was nice, she seemed to be a good female.

Berry smiled. "Who doesn't make mistakes? You're still good." she said. "The only experience I have is watching others." she noticed he was calming and calmed down herself. Something about Sekkai makes her the same mood as him. She liked that, it made her happy.

Sekkai looked surprised that she was only watching others. ''Why? You sure are really nice. Why are you only watching others?'' Something in him idn't want her to feel lonely, so it made him want to be more open with others, or at least, more open to him.

Berry smiled sadly. "The pets I live with-my family-are very...particular. They all have a friend to do things with...I don't." she said. She looked back at him. "Thank you for saying I'm nice. My family thinks I'm spoiled because I'm my owner's favourite...but I'm not." She laid down in the shade, closed her eyes and began to purr. She was comfortable with Sekkai.
