Here it is:

1. What pet species do you want customized: Kuhna

2. Eye Color: Dark brown

3. Describe, in as much detail as possible, what colors you want on the pet and where: I want three colors: One large scarlet section on the kuhna's rear, including the tails, one large sky blue section covering the middle, including the legs and paws, and one large gold section engulfing the kuhna's front, including the head. These three colors would cover the entire body. Finally, the collar and the ends of the sleeves on the t-shirt can be dark blue, just like the lettering.

4. Accessories: Short, black, pixie cut hair, and a white t-shirt with dark blue futuristic-looking lettering that reads "Kuhna Trekkie." (Minus the period and the quotation marks. XD)
