Cookie was eager to get out and do something fun. She'd been cooped up all winter long, unable to fly south for the winter, but content in her warm little nest back at the menagerie. Still, not doing anything for so many months could get pretty boring. She was so excited to finally be out and about that she was hovering with each prancing step she took, her wings flapping a mile a minute. Cookie eagerly bounced up to the desk, skidding to a halt just before crashing into it. "Oh, whoa, sorry!" she apologized quickly. "Um, I was wondering...do you think some of my friends can come in and get the spa treatment? They always talk about this place like it's really neat...but I'm not a kuhna, so I wouldn't know." She gave a canine shrug, looking over the desk eagerly.

This was something he could get behind; and it probably made a hell of a lot of cash. A faint smirk crossed his face, and he stopped just shy of the pretty kuhna running the joint. "Hey there, doll face," he greeted, his smirk widening to a grin. "I bet you can help me with something..."

Well, it was far from the strangest errand Valerie had been sent on lately. The Scintilla wasn't a wholly pleasant place to be, but at least they weren't hauling possibly-sentient beings off to a shady alleyway in the middle of the night. In fact they hadn't been given anything or anyone, alive or otherwise, whatsoever. Mina had provided them with an envelope, filled with money and what looked like photographs—Who prints photographs? Valerie had thought but did not say—and told them to bring it here. "They'll understand what it's for," she'd said. She said that sort of thing a lot. It was starting to get on Valerie's nerves.

In any case, the task itself was fairly straightforward and Valerie had no particular qualms about completing it, so in they went. They were somewhat startled by Liza's appearance. "Er...yes? I guess? Just...take this. I'm told you know what to do with it." They thrust the envelope into her hands and left the building as quickly as possible.

But she quickly calmed down and realised she had to answer the question. What needed to be done? "Yeah, see this face?" Korinne tapped her cheek with a claw to emphasise her question. "This, it needs to be fixed. Not a huge fan of it. I can't work out why. Maybe I need a new hair color or... something?" The Kuhna paused flicking her tails, before moving over to look at the binders offered. "Yeah, this see here. This suits me a lot better than the whole look I've got going right now."

Pushing her way in the door was harder than she'd thought it would be, what being tiny with short arms. "Hello there!" She greeted the woman, slightly puzzled by her reference to magic. "I have a few...friends, who would like a few new touches. I'm sure they'll pop up fairly soon, too." Setting the list with pictures added in on the counter for her.

You gotta give yourself a break!" He gave another small groan, and she rolled her eyes back at him. "Alright, look - if you won't try it, at least come with me, okay? I could use the company, and then you can get a feel for it on your own time." She put steepled her fingers together, widening her eyes and giving him the most pathetic look she should. Oh, for the love of- "Pleeeeeaaasseee?"

"Oh, fine," he relented, sighing to himself as she pumped her arm in victory. "But I'm just keeping you company! That's all." The door to the business gave a gentle chime as she pulled him through it.

"That's all it takes, buddy." He was going to regret this, wasn't he? "You there! One makeover, on the double!" She was going to specify for her, wasn't she? Ooohhh.. boy...

Generally, she was forced to send others in her stead. her Solorex form was a bit big for places like this, and she always ended up scaring everyone away. But now that she had a nice, compact Lakundra form, she could easily visit places she hadn't been able to see before. She could have come as a human, sure, but she tended to get odd looks when she did. Not too many people went to places like these on two legs when they could go on four. A  smaller kuhna followed her, eager to get started on her procedures. She were even more excited, considering it was Millie herself who was bringing her. The large, pinkish feline paused briefly as she reached the front desk. "Hi!" she greeted, eager eyes still roaming around the facility. "I've got a few kuhnas here who would like your help, if you have the time."
