It seems the time had really gotten the better of her as of late...

She wasn't sure of how exactly it happened, or when, but things had come and gone at a pace that would now come as a bit of a shock when her eyes had finally turned over to the nearest calendar to see what day it actually was. Quite a lot had happened, and she'd completely forgotten... Today was the final day for her to go and pick up something.

I should go and do that...

It should be a quick enough trip that she'd make it in time, and it would very much make for a nice change to her current routine. Plus, she might get to see some familiar faces as well.

A bell rang out as a shower of gold and indigo crept in from the doorway. Whatever the cause of the showers, it wasted no time dawdling about the shop, a small, dark shadow zipping straight for the counterspace. The shop was dark, likely closed for the holidays, but last they had heard, last minute requests tucked away for the owners weren't unheard of or unwelcome. The entity finally stopped, a shower of sparks and shadow falling from its rapidly flittering wings. On the counter, it left a small envelope, sealed with purple and golden wax before flying back out the door with nothing but a ring.

When the envelope was found it would read:

"Apologies for the great tardiness of this request, we have been busy. If it is still possible, we would like the following as a gift for an aquaitance. Payment is enclosed."

Feemor smiled softly as he entered the boutique and waved at the clerk. He had been tasked to pick up a few younglings to take back to the temple.

They had been kept here in secret until he could get them off planet. The jedi could never be too careful these days with the clone wars going on.

He handed a slip of flimsi to the clerk and then quickly slipped back behind the counter to collect the younglings.

There was the sound of pattering feet, and the shadowy figure came stumbling into the shop, clinging to the doorframe.

"We can make up if we missed this year's, right?" it asked, pulling out a piece of paper with a frown in its voice. "Anyways, just throw me a grab bag, a Digital Frightmare, a Timeless Nyghtmare, and an Ornate Leawolf."

Discordant chiming rang through the shop as the door flung open and a green sabbit dashed inside. It's paws slipped on the confetti-slick floor and the sabbit immediately went sliding, managing to halt just before colliding into one of the towering piles of presents.

It took a moment to recover, before shaking itself off and more gingerly hopping up to the counter. "Oh my oh my oh my, how the month gets away from me..."

Wide eyes looked up at the little shopkeep. "I'm here for the birthday gifts? I hope I'm not too late. I do have the list here with me."

The sabbit reached into a satchel on it's back, hind leg drumming against the floor, and pulled out a scroll that it pushed onto the counter.

"Let me know if it's too much trouble. Thank you for the time!"

Although Clone bounded into the shop with a cheeriness in her step, she heaved a heavy sigh when she burst through the door. She was late. Well, almost late, for a very important date. The month was nearly at its end and someone had totally forgotten about what needed to be done before that happened. So, here she was, rushing around in her stead.

"Pardon me?" she asked, tipping her hat and fluttering her small wings when the one manning the shop looked her way. "I am here to select a gift. That shouldn't be a problem, should it?"

Nandi bounded in at the very last second. Gosh she hadn't been out and about to run an errand in... Well a very long time! She skidded to a halt in her \mekkayena form at the counter and hopped up, panting from the exertion.

"I'm here on behalf of Moofius!" She exclaimed, before pushing herself up to the counter and turning into her kuni form, slapping the counter with her tail fin excitedly.

"She'd like a zodiac pet. Is it still the taigra, or would it be the one for the year of the dragon this year? Or rabbit? What year is it even?"

It wasn't Kail's birthday. Maybe it was someone's birthday though. He certainly had little reason to come to the boutique except he'd found a few things gathering dust and figured they'd be in better hands with someone who knew what to do with them. "I have two cake slices that I think would be better served with you," he explained as he approached the counter. "I've heard you do exchanges as well," he added, handing over the cake and the note of what was to be exchanged.
