It had been a rough week for the jittery hoodlum. He'd gambled away all of his money and was itching for a fix. Given his rugged appearance, panhandling might be a successful moneymaking option for him, but people tended to overlook him as he was clearly unmotivated. He was young, he could still pick himself back up. If only he had the ambition.

"Hey," he said quickly, glancing around suspiciously towards the door and every corner of the room. "I've got some, uh, some things to turn in to ya. One Clockwork Choopa, uhh... One Clockwork Hollowheart, and- oh, one Candycorn Kitrell." He got a little more jittery and excited at the mention of the last one, since he knew that was the big moneymaker this month.

Kail had never been to this shop before. He'd seen it, and it seemed to get good business, but he had never really look into it. His master, apparently, had looked into it and then gave him an errand to run. Not that he didn't have other things he should be doing, but a break was always nice. "Hi, I'd like to drop off two Dreamsnare Yonyuu," he said.

It really was a shame that Notchi had to pawn off so many of their old things, but their sister was pretty tight on money right then, what with her finals being so busy that she couldn't go to work. Notchi wanted to help, but they were still too young to work, and their sister didn't really like them going outside much without her anyway, because of where they both lived. But today, she said Notchi could go by themself to the pawn shop, and they were pretty darn excited, in spite of the fact that they were selling some of their toys. Still, they were happy they could help their big sister out a little bit. Notchi gave a huge smile as they entered the shop, though it was hidden behind the medical mask over their face--the city air was bad for their weaker lungs. "Hello!" they chirped, bouncing over to set down a heavy box on the shopkeeper's counter. "I have some things for you, so give me money, please and thank you, please!"

Cato was muttering quite loudly under her breath, something of an unusual circumstance. Usually she wouldn't be here at all, in fact; she had somewhat mixed feelings about bringing living creatures to a place with "salvage" in the name. But today...today there were circumstances, and so here she was with a couple of concerned-looking critters following behind her. She made a cursory attempt to fit the Hollowheart into the train before giving up and going in without it, with an admonition to stay put.

"Giving away my subjects," she mumbled. "See how she likes it. I brought you a couple things. The other one wouldn't fit but he should still be outside. I...would thank you, but honestly this whole place kind of weirds me out."

Something about this place gave Vert the creeps. He couldn't quite put his finger on what, but he wasn't exactly in a position to complain when he had a job to do. Recently, there had been quite a few aggressive creatures running around near the kingdom, threatening the citizens. He and his fellow knights had taken the creatures out, and then they learned that someone named "Salvis" happened to be exchanging money for the animals. The knights weren't going to pass up a chance for easy money.

He poked his head into the saloon and stammered out a greeting. "U-um, hello? You're Mr. Salvis? We've got a wagon full of some of those species you wanted."

Teto was eager to get out and about in the world. She had only just arrived, but already, she liked what she saw. The people here were so friendly, and the shops and events so interesting. She was excited to make her own mark, to participate in something fun. But she decided that maaaaybe she should start small; hence, the Salvage Saloon. The big snake was a bit intimidating, especially since she'd never seen anything like him before, but Teto was determined do what she came to, and left the little list at the front desk, eager to be on her way and onto her next adventure.

It had been quite the while since she had been out and about, as she had been quite busy making the move and getting the old musty place she found when she had arrived (at what was to be her new abode!) completely reworked. The money she had put into it had been quite exhausting on her already sapped funds, but she still had tricks up her sleeve a plenty.
When she had arrived at her new living space, she quickly realized that she would be unable to keep a few of her more... Rambunctious, critters. Of course, there was plenty of space for her comrades, and even room for more in the future, should the group grow even more. However, there was simply no denying the fact that keeping several groups of less like-minded individuals (even in the dungeons) was getting not only a little difficult to do, but also rather unpleasant otherwise.
So what better way to get a smooth rid of some rather conspicuous prisoners without arising suspicion? Selling them. She leads them, her hands on a single halter ring attached to multiple cords ending in collars around their necks. Six different creatures for the trip to the Salvage Saloon, which she heard were taking individuals of these two separate species and colors. The others she was hoping to be rid of would just have to wait, she figured. When she arrived, she simply smiles, sweetly, looking for all intents and purposes like a young woman with perhaps the single most punkiest hairstyle in all the land, generally quite smug.
"I heard you were taking critters of these types, at this time? I have two sets of them, three Treasure Hollowhearts and three dreamsnare yonyuu I'd like to leave here for you."

Most people probably didn't have much experience with strange, out-of-the-way shops. Luckily for himself, Taliesin practically lived in spaces like this. His hands brushed through leaf and vine with ease as he was ushered into the small space, eyes glancing around the well-kept space within with a sense of vague approval. Hmm. Could use more interior planting though.

"So," he said, a slight hum to his voice. "What are we looking for this time?" Heavily-adorned fingers tapped along the edges of the bar as he listened, nodding along as he thought. A lot of the creatures listed were ones he hadn't seen in awhile, or didn't have access to - but one caught his attention. He leaned forward, a lazy smile on his face.

"The second-to-last-one," he started, waving one hand in a vague gesture. "That one I can do, yes? The bobcat slynx." There was a small exchange, the usual business, and before long Taliesin found himself outside again with a little extra coin in his pocket. It was a weird sort of business, this, but to each their own.

A terribly thin young woman walked into the saloon. She had a strange air about her as she walked, her movements so stiff they seemed almost robotic. The peculiar lady approached the counter, not deviating her gaze to so much as glance around. When she spoke, it was dull and monotone. "I have some creatures to drop off," she drawled, passing a note to the clerk.

Ninfi whistled on her way into the saloon. There was an almost disturbingly cheerful smile on her face. She eagerly skipped across the shop to someone who looked like they ran the place. "Hey hi!" she said quickly and rather loudly. "You're the guy in charge, right? Uh, Salvie or something? Yea well, I have some critters for ya," she explained. With a flick of her arm she gestured toward the door. "They're just out there. I can drag 'em in here if you want."

"So," she whispered, leaning in close to him. "You gotta tell me. What do you do with them, anyway? Grind 'em up for dog food? I promise I won't tell..."

The troublemakers were no match for Lon'qu's swordsmanship. He had apprehended them in record time, and now, for whatever reason, he was being told to bring the creatures in question here. He narrowed his eyes at the abandoned train. Something about this place seemed sinister, but he wasn't one to question orders. Leaving the criminals tied up together in front of the train, he went inside and called into darkness. "Greetings. I have the ones you are looking for."

The trafficking of creatures wasn't exactly out of the ordinary for Ace, although this was the first time he was doing so through such a means. While their ship had landed, various members of the crew were sent off on different tasks. This one was his. Apparently, these few creatures weren't something they could seem to make a profit on. So, the captain decided it would be best to take a small loss and turn them over to the Saloon.

When the sky pirate entered the shop, he greeted Salvis with a smile. "I have three creatures I need to turn over," he declared. "They're all crated, within legal standards, just outside."

A tiny Sleepyheart flew in and alighted upon a perch within the cart. It folded its wings back primly, unfastening the message around its neck with dainty motions. "I've come with directions for a shipment," it said with an officious air. "It will be arriving shortly. You pay money for the capture of creatures, I presume? This is the correct establishment, as listed by this address?" Its voice became more brisk, and it rustled its wings restlessly, shifting from one foot to the next. Clearly it wished to depart. "If everything is in order, I'll take my leave. I've other messages to deliver."

Serona gave her massive head a good shake, the hair around her eyes lifting so she could glare up at the dinosaur-like bird that sat on her shoulders. "Please do stop making that sound," she entreated, sounding as if she might have requested that particular thing more than one time. The Bananatoyle jerked it's head back, looking offended, but silenced itself nonetheless. Finally, Serona thought with a huff. Some peace and quiet. She didn't exactly enjoy the little hitchiker, but she didn't have the heart to shake him off. He could get annoying in social situations though. She rumbled into the saloon, eager to be rid of her wares, and stopped near the large snake who ran the show. "Hello, hello," she greeted, giving a good huff so her fur would fly above her eyes and allow her a good look at the snake. "Just here to drop off a few things, if you don't mind, sir."

Kyrx was in over her head with this one. Taking care of surface creatures was harder than it looked. It was definitely not in her field of expertise. She figured it would be better for everyone involved if she gave them to someone more qualified. After a long day of awkwardly worded questions, Kyrx finally found a shop she thought could help her.

"Hallo," she introduced herself as she stepped through the door. Unfortunately the creatures were too big to drag inside, so she tied them up the best she could. "I have problem. I am knowing you will take the creatures I find?"
