Kylie seems to have decided that the saloon was a black market place. The fact that her mother would never associate with such a thing was irrelevant. Walking in with her hair up in a hat and sunglasses on, she looked around furtively as though checking that no one was following her. Though she saw some other customers, she pretended they weren't there. Slinking up to the desk, she looked over her shoulder to avoid looking straight at Salvis. "Psst," she hissed to get his attention, as though she didn't already have it, acting so odd. Reaching into her jacket, she pulled out a small piece of paper and flicked it onto the desk with two fingers. "Got you new merch, Jack," she muttered. The fact that his name wasn't Jack was irrelevant. "The product will be delivered at high tide," she said. She had no idea what she meant by high tide, but it felt like the right thing to say. With a nod and a final check behind her, she slunk out of the shop. She may have giggled on the way.
