The Khalmar wandered into the saloon, looking around with a slightly dazed expression on his robotic face. Despite his metallic body, he seemed to carry himself with concern.

"H-h-hello?" he stuttered. "I heard this is a place where people hunt things based on traces?" He wrung his tentacles in concern.

"You see, a pair of friends of mine have gone missing. They went on a sea expedition, and I'm very concerned about them. The only hint I have as to their whereabouts is this seashell I found. I'll buy a General trap if I need to, but please... I'm very worried!"

The woman who came into the saloon was short and round and wearing far too much black velvet for someone whose LinkedIn profile described her as a monster hunter. But she was off duty today; that business with the sludge monster hadn't gone exactly as planned, and Asher was off getting ice cream with a monster, as one did, and so Argent was stopping in here to deal with the team's business. She was only a little miffed about Ash's decision. At least Ash had decided to handle this promptly and decisively, instead of building it up into a whole big thing like some people Argent could name.

"Hey," she said. "A couple friends of mine have gone off on an adventure without me. Is there any chance you could get a message to them? We've had some developments back home they might be interested in."

This place was becoming sort of familiar by now! How many times was it, that he had come here out of late? Not all that often, but the place still felt familiar. Perhaps because of its simplicity. All he needed to do here was come, submit a report or a request, and then leave. It was pleasantly straightforward, and he appreciated it greatly.

"Why, hello there," he greeted. "Here is our progress on this puzzling situation at sea... I hope you will find it all satisfactory, all things considered."

Typhoon was a little nervous having to do this all by himself, but he knew his friends were waiting for him just around the corner should he need them. They insisted that he go alone so that he could get used to this sort of thing. He didn't think he really needed it, but he was more afraid of disappointing them than anything else.

He clutched his little notebook close to his chest and went into the Saloon. He took a deep breath and went straight to the first being he could see. "I .. I have some notes here, from my recent trip to Nodia. I hope you would like to look at them?"

Rinh'a didn't share his friends' enthusiasm about the whole affair, but it was true that they had taken up the job, and so he felt that he ought to give it a good effort, for their sakes if nothing else. And that meant, among other things, turning in their findings. There wasn't any sense in letting Baby do it, and though Nokai might otherwise have gone instead, he was fully preoccupied with the task of preventing Baby from trying to jump overboard when the 'itch' took over him.

"Hello, sir? We have some findings to turn in," he said, handing over a sheaf of notes.

A woman with a pale, almost white face with blue streaks painted on, and white hair,  bounced into the saloon with the shell in hand. She approached the counter and placed it there gently.

"My master and her friends came across this while they were out adventuring!" she said excitedly. "She said I should bring it here. Oh! Right, I forgot; she's not technically my master anymore... not since I became a Knight."

Stepping into the Saloon, Toxic held a few strange shells in hand. Somehow, they had something to do with the task at hand, and she was to hand them over. As strange as Evelon was, she didn't worry much about the details.

A light colored wolf would step inside of the saloon to deliver an envelope of sorts to an individual here, though this wolf still had some growing ahead of it still, as their current size showed they were still fairly young.

After getting told to act as a stupid errandpup for his so called 'master', Lukas was clearly annoyed at that moment when he decided to just chuck the thing between his teeth haphazardly into the air towards the counter and let it fall wherever it may. "Delivery..." He said flatly, and quickly darted off to avoid getting into trouble with the person he may or may not have nailed in the face with the paperwork.

Noelani came into the shop with a fearful look on her face. "I know my friend Fluffy was here not too long ago," she said. "But please! It's been two weeks now that my friends Ailbhe and Ciara have been missing! We don't know what's become of them, and we really need your help. I'm willing to increase the pay, if that's what it takes." She sniffled a little bit for effect. "However, we did find another one of those strange seashells. Surely, if anyone knows what it means, it would be you! Help!"

The shell clattered on to the desk, followed by the thud of a hand placed on it as Kyrit leaned over. "Okay. So. We're hunting that monster out in the Rewhister Ocean. Or, well. We [i]will[/u] be once we're done gathering up supplies. I think we've just about got everything ready to go though, so I wanted to drop in and say we're heading out."

Ah, under normal circumstances, she certainly would not be the one to come here. But, well, the one member of their team who did enjoy handling this petty administrative work was... in a certain predicament that left him unable to complete this chore. Considering she was at fault, really, she supposed it was fair that she fill in for him.

She wasted no time getting to the point. You requested our help, she said for an opening statement, the words spoken through telepathy, and with a voice that carried from little to no emotion whatsoever. We are working on it. She felt that was all she needed to say, and with a turn and a flick of her tails, she left.

Oko was quite confident in himself as he went into the Saloon. He was a mission leader now and he needed to let them know what's what. He was more than eager to tell a long winded success story... though it was sure to be more than a little embellished. At least most of the important details would be in the right order. They couldn't blame him for that, right?

"Hey! Cool. Are you in charge? I want to make a report. My team got in a serious battle while we were exploring Nodia and I think you should really think about putting more patrols in the area. Since we did so well, maybe you could give us another call, yea?" He looked hopeful as if his silly plan might actually work.

Glory's face bore an expression of concern, as well as a sense that her face was not used to wearing this sort of thing, as she entered the strange establishment. It was the kind of place her brother wouldn't approve of her going into, almost certainly, and for once she might actually agree. Not that she'd ever admit it. For one thing, that would require her telling him she'd been here in the first place.

She said, "Hi, sorry to bug you, but I was out swimming in pretty deep waters and I saw something really weird. Like...really weird. Maybe something you should be concerned about? I'm not totally sure, I didn't get close."

Of all the people to turn up to take this job, a toddler was probably not what anyone had in mind. Unfortunately, a toddler--- or something that looked a lot like one, anyway--- had turned up, and somehow managed to sign himself up anyway.

That same toddler was returning now, a stack of reports in hand.

"Hey, I heard you were looking for papers," he said. "Well, I've sure got 'em! They're a bit soggy, but don't worry about it."

Asa bounced into the Lone Saloon. She was honestly still thrilled Noel had decided they could go hunting for monsters. He had at least had some interest once they were out on the water and the shadows and shapes of the waves played tricks on them. She hadn't known he was so good on boats. Unfortunately she'd been the one stuck with the documentation. Apparently even on the high seas Noel was not about to do anything resembling paperwork. "Here are my notes," she announced happily and handed over her documents.
