"Hey, hotshot! Over here."
A voice called out to you and a figure in a ratty old purple cloak with a hood pulled over their face was waving in an attempt to get your attention. Terrace Park was not really the first place you'd expect to see... interesting figures. Not that she was giving you much time to say no. Within the space of a heartbeat, she'd crossed the distance and planted herself firmly in your way.
"Name's Nix, treasure hunter, entrepreneur, and the girl your mom warned you about. And, if you're the right sort, we may have business." She pulled her hood off to expose sharp yellow eyes, a fiendish grin and short, messy black hair that looked like she'd attempted to cut herself. After giving you a very thorough glance, she fished out a tablet out of her cloak and began tapping on the surface. She pointed it in your direction for a second and before the screen lit up green as a result. "Well, well, me old mate is sayin' you're clean so, let me run ya through the business, and then we can discuss specifics."
She took a step backwards, revealing a park bench that had been quickly converted into a store front. She'd laid out a red plaid rug over the seat and set a couple of items up for display, with a hastily drawn price tag on it.
"Here, we got me store. I sell rare shinies and hard to obtain goods, y'see. Don't give me that look, you ain't so clean or we wouldn't be havin' this nice chat, now would we?
Due to the old supply an' demand, I've gotta enforce a strict policy of slappin' a few restrictions on what you can buy to make sure I got enough goods to go 'round. I'm only around for a short while y'see. Couple of days at best. Any longer and you can say goodbye to yours truly. For good. See, my suppliers aren't exactly all that grateful I'm peddlin' their wares, if you catch my drift. I'll try to open several times a year and I ain't boring like them other traders, my stock changes every time I open shop.
But, ah, sellin' ain't my only good quality hotshot. If you can show me an incomplete item and some honest keystones, I can track down the rest of it for ya."
She crossed her hands across her chest and gave you an expectant glance.
"So sunshine, you buying or what?"

- To use Item Requisition, you must have a piece of the item already in your inventory. You cannot trade pieces away to try and make more and if I suspect this is happening, I will ask for proof you participated in the associated event.

Heretic Strain - 200KS There's something in this strain that ain't quite right. All I can say is, don't let the colors fool you, there's something sinister under all that pretty gold, and it ain't of the angelic origin.

Requisition Services - 100KS
So this is where things get a bit interesting, sunshine. If you're findin' yourself sitting on an incomplete specimen or strain, for a bit of cash, I'm able to find the rest of the pieces for ya. Won't be cheap and I won't do it unless you've got a piece of one on hand.
He had this strange feeling of deja vu, walking around the shops down here, as if he'd been in this place before. Recently, in fact. Which made no sense, because he couldn't remember anything about it, had needed directions to even get to the place—and yet, this lingering feeling.
Well, this was a rather unusual turn of events. It wasn't often that Midnight would be having the tables turned on him like this as he happened upon the strange girl, but for once he wouldn't seem to mind when it came down to perusing her rather unique merchandise. His blue eyes would not wish to be torn away when he saw something he genuinely liked. 
It was distinctly possible that his priorities were not in order. There were so many more important errands he needed to run—was this really the one he wanted to get out of the way first, and run the risk of forgetting all the others? The answer was yes. For some reason. Even though it was arguably the least important among them. But who could fathom the mind of a creature who was only dubiously tethered to physical reality at the best of times? Not the creature himself, that was for sure.
