[Draconial]

As you walk down a  street, you see a large figurine sitting in front of a hole. You pick it up, and you see that it's a tan, elongated whistle-type device. You blow three short bursts through it, and instead of the normal ring, a strange, but familiar, hooting noise sounds from it. At the moment the noise stopped, a Velix hopped out of the hole.

It hisses, then growls at you, but apparently means no harm. It adjusts a dial on its chest, and it can speak human. "Hi there! I see you have found my little shop, the Raptor Pen. Here, we sell arts, for a small fee of course." A paper ejects from his tail, which he then hands to you. "Just fill out this form, and we can get started!"

Uummm.... there are a few problems with your order. Let's see.... 1; Is that thing biological or mechanical or what? I can barely tell what it is. 2; How do you expect me to turn that into a chibi? Chibis are simple. That....thing is overly complicated. I'm not as gifted as Baal, you know. 3; Even if I do manage to do it, it would be nearly impossible to color all those little pieces.
