Encaustic art.
Encaustic art is wax art, where hot wax is melted onto a small iron and spread across some special paper. It's a little bit more complicated than that, but there's the basics. It's not very detailed and the only thing you can really do is landscapes(or seascapes). I can't add figures or anything like that, however I may be able to do some castles or some other kind of building.

Commissions
I have most colours, if there isn't quite the right colour I'll pm you with a list of possible substitutes.
Silver, gold and copper, the metallic colours are harder to work with according to my dad. Keep that in mind.
Paper Colours are as following: White, Black, Gold, Silver Copper and even Cream! Please note that the image can be shrunk to anysize you want. ^^ I can do square paper also, though unless stated otherwise it will be rectangular. o3o

Basic
You can chose five colours for your own piece of  encaustic art. Two for the sky, the lighter will be used on the bottom unless stated other wise. Two for the land, the darker one will be used on the bottom unless stated otherwise and on will be used for the foliage. I can either do the beamed (see the first example) or the spread effect (as seen in the fifth example) Also it would be best if the foliage colour contrasted from the other colours or it will just blend in. I cannot guarantee how things will turn out, the wax does what it wants. If the colours merge that is no fault of my own, it's not a precise art. Everything will be done on white paper for this. Also refrain from asking for monotones here if there's anything 'special' you want adding please see below. (Except if you want either little birds or shooting stars added. I can add those in  a basic commission.) Oh and you can only have one metallic colour of you chose one at all.

Not so Basic
Up to five colours, monotones are welcome. Please specify a paper colour when ordering. You may commission plants (think grasses, bulrushes ect.) aside from the normal leafing. Also you can as for a building perhaps, such as a castle or tower even a pyramid! I can add large stars too and possibly some simple silhouettes. (Not on white paper though) You may also chose more than one leaving colour.

Prices

As this is traditional art, it's not very expensive to do, but still when I do have to stock up on wax it's not terribly cheap. o3o;; So the base price is 30ks for a basic. However depending on how hard it was and the time it took and how many times I burnt myself while doing it that price may go up. x3x Though if I don't think I did a good job I may charge less. Though the base prices may change in time.

Spread effect for the sky, please. Also...is a square picture possible? If not, that's totally fine as well. o3o; Don't go overboard for me and don't burn yourself!

The leafing is something I can chose basically, since I dab that on, it's easier to do less leafing, since I always burn myself when I chose to do alot of it. (I.E When I mess up the sky. X3)
I'll say 140, since I've never worked with square paper before, I'll have to check with my dad on that. ^-^
Is it middling blue you want, like on the art you bought from the auction or light or dark blue?

As I said, if it's okay that I crop, rectangular paper is super-okay as well. And wow, there are different blues? o3o; You should make a list with the available colors, you should! 8D And uuuh, since I have no idea of the different blues so far, just use the one you used in that pic I bought.

We have basically every colour, and I can sometimes get away with mixing the ones I don't have. I said no hex colours as I can't exactly match them up as it's a traditional art form. ^-^

That's awesome. So that violet I want, can you make it a light...what's the English word...lilac, I think. o3o; You guys in English have way less color names than we have in Germany...

Lilac's fine. ^-^ We do have a light blue, like a sky blue, if you think that might go better o3o I'll be getting it done soon my the way. ^^ Probably tonight or tomorrow, hopefully. X3

Yeah. Um. I actually wondered...could you try to recreate this one on a square picture? I love how light and happy it is. o3o; But you haven't offered it for auction yet and it's impossible to crop anyway since it's so slim. O3O But I love it so much! No idea if that's basic or not-so-basic or whateverrrrrrr but I want it!

That one was accidentally cropped slim by accident when I was cutting off the white on the computer, so I could quickly re-scan that in and it would be wider. o3o I could do one on a square if you like, though the original is the same size as all the other rectangular ones if that helps. X3 I am going to sell it, I was a little iffy on it, so if you want the rectangular version I could do that, ermm... 120ks? o3o Though I could do a square version if you like o3o
