You happen upon a small, but clean shop in a not so great part of town. A small green neon sign declares that the shop is open through a barred, tinted glass window. You walk into the shop, not knowing really what to expect from a place with such an...unusual name.

Behind a counter a barghest with piercing red eyes stares at you behind his glasses and huffs. "If you've found this place, then you clearly are looking for some help with your," he motions towards your whole body, "appearance. I can help you procure any objects you may need and perform any surgical modifications."

He pushes a packet of paper towards you. "Read these rules first, and after your procedure please go to the location listed to make everything...official."
