"There is a small cost to cover the programs expenses. Anything that does NOT have any customized additions, such as custom markings or custom accessories, will cost 20 ks. Anything that DOES have customized additions such as custom markings or accessories will be plus 10 KS per addition."
He shut the device off and pulled out a glowing tablet and stylus.
