Okay... what are the Khalmar? I've seen them in Zoo Pens, most of the time without any stats or description whatsoever, and wondered what they were. Then, I did a search on them. Guess what I found? Nothing, just more Zoo Pens, RPs, and the occasional advertising topic.

So, what are they? Where did they come from? And, the most obvious question, are they still available to buy, are they retired, or are they exclusive?

[center]Well, the Kamira Industries used to give them out. I don't think they do anymore.

They were a super rare pet that came out just before the war. They were created by Khimera Industries, yeah. As far as I know, there's no way to get them anymore. There are six different makes--colours--that could only be adopted on certain days. But those days are over now...so. As far as I know, the only way to obtain one would be from another user, meaning trade, buy etc.

They only are customs. You have to pay for them. If I remember well

no, you don't pay for them, they were free but rare, Rushfeather. You had to go on when they were being released to get them.

No, Rushfeather, you're thinking of the Khimera. Warnz was talking about the Khalmar, which, as others have already said, was released by Tick-Tock before the start of the war. A different Khalmar was released each day. They are now retired and can only be obtained through trade or auction.

I'll be selling them.. someday.. maybe I'll open up the shop after the war. They may have KS pricing as well as $... Wink wink, nudge, nudge.. :bolt:

Erm, though I do have a question on that matter if you are currently able to answer. Is/would it be possible to get a custom one?

They'd all be customs. The style of ones already released was a special thing, since they changed from day to day and the person didn't know what they were getting when they took one. Those 'special' khalmar are reserved for those who were brave enough to take a chance on one (or lucky enough to trade).

Two antecedent questions about Khalmar, concerning that:

1) If you release custom Khalmar, will the "one Khalmar per person rule" be revoked?

2) What is the coloration of the Mark V supposed to "be?" I look at mine all the time, but I don't get what color it's supposed to "be" or what its color is meant to represent.

Two answers:

1) I think it would be bad business practice to tell the customer they can't buy your product because they already have one, mmm? :mrgreen:

2) I had a sort of chrome "It's made of liquid metal." in mind..

Actually though, I was just messing around with the layers in Photoshop and it started down that path, which I decided to then continue.
