Is it possible to get a custom Purity or Evil at the Wishing Well?

Someone got a completely new, custom made pet species from the Wishing Well, once! So, anything's possible. :)

While we're here, another question. Do you have to have a character actually IN Nabias to use the Wishing Well, or is it considered an "outside" area, sort of like the shops, waves in the barracks, etc.?

The person does have to complete a full five post. One in the well, and at least four more elsewhere in Nabias.
