So, we've seen the awesome evolution of the adorable imp shii, but I was wondering if this little gal would ever evolve:

I love adventurous tales like that. That uplifting feeling that comes from seeing unknown lands and the knowledge that you came across—nothing can replace it! It opens a path from which self-confidence, experience, and important friendships—from the sharing of life or death situations—are born! But hearing it just isn’t the same. I want to create my own magnificent story!

I don't know... much about when (I'm not the right mod for that) but I do know the other forms have been made (99% certain I saw them somewhere, unless I'm going mad)? So it definitely will evolve at some point.

Yes they have been made however the reason they were sitting around and not evolving is because there are going to be updates on them. Thats as much as I know.
