Frost Ursice?

So I know we got an awesome update of the Ursice, but I was wondering, will the Frost Ursice be updated at all? Or is it in the works?
I love adventurous tales like that. That uplifting feeling that comes from seeing unknown lands and the knowledge that you came across—nothing can replace it! It opens a path from which self-confidence, experience, and important friendships—from the sharing of life or death situations—are born! But hearing it just isn’t the same. I want to create my own magnificent story!

It will also be updated, but it has to be done. I originally did... part of it? But Baal finished it back then. So Silv will have to do the Frost, and right now, it's not a priority.

And figured I'd ask here instead of making a new thread, but I was wondering how do you make the glow on markings on breedables? I haven't been able to figure that out. I thought I saw someone post something about it somewhere, but I can't remember where.
