This might be a silly question, and the answer might be written somewhere and I might just be a dummy. But is there a limit to the number of mutated markings a breedable can have? Like, if I used a Palette Potion and an Emission Liquor with a Paragon, could I get a Paragon with both Addition TailBand, Addition Bodybar, and Deletion Backsplash? Or can a breedable only have one?

The emission liquor only guarantees one marking mutation.  There is a 25-50% chance that a second marking mutation will appear on another child in a litter. So you would only be able to force a single mutation on a baby using a palette potion.

Fair enough! But without a Palette Potion, would it still be possible for one baby to have multiple mutations? Is this something the mods could decide to do on a whim? Thanks, Kyr!

No Its not allowed period unfortunately. Its something I got told about when I did a particular breeding.
