Palette Potion question regarding tweaks

If I've done a room with a Palette Potion, the Potion has been recorded as used, but the litter is NOT posted yet, am I allowed to tweak the Palette Potion PSD? Or is the Potion "locked in" as soon as its use is recorded?

I had a look and it looks like your room finishing hasn't been recorded yet, nor has it been claimed, so I think you'll be fine to tweak it!
