Has anyone successfully found a Lost Ipinox?

On the 'Adopt' pages, there is an entry and pic of an Ipinox with the 'Lost' coloration, but it lists the habitat as 'Unknown' as do the other Ipinox pages.

The Lone Saloon guide pages for found pets do not list a Lost Ipinox, nor does the locations list in the Lone Saloon thread itself.

Is it a hidden hunt reward? An event reward? Or is it a random possibility from purchasing clickable Ipinox eggs?

There was an event a while back that had, as one of its rewards, the ability to get a Lost coloration pet in any species you wished. Some people chose to get Lost Ipinoxes that way. To my knowledge, no more have been released since then, though they could be hiding somewhere undiscovered.

Confirming, yes the Ipinox was an Event Exclusive reward!

Also you'll find all Premium Pets (Ilos, Ipinox, Phyrette, Xargael etc) are listed as Unknown in habitat, as they cannot be found in the wild unless an Event is in play.
