The Wishing Well is in the Town of Nabias. Which is in Barakka. Just go there and post what you want. Lucain wishes are not granted.

What on Vulcan do you mean by 'racial traits'?

One: The Wishing Well is in the Town of Nabias (it's the first, stickied topic), and you merely have to post what you want via an in-character post.

Two: It's probably if the stat makes sense (for example, a creature covered in snow isn't going to get the Pyro stat), and the mod to ask is Kodai.

Three: Yes, I believe you can dump a racial trait if it doesn't suit you.

1) The Wishing Well is in Nabias. Bring a pet to Nabias and post an RP post in the Wishing Well thread--it's a sticky at the top of the page there, always. Describe what you want there. If you're lucky, your wish will come true!

2) The mods deem you worthy of recieving a single-star stat if you ask for it nicely. Kodai is the mod you want to PM. Simply describe why you think your pet should be given restricted single-star trait X, and if you are polite and your request makes sense, you'll get it. It helps not to be too grabby with single-star traits, too.  

3) Yes, you are. I've done it, and I know for sure it's OK.

The others have explained rather well your questions. However, here are some points you may want to keep in mind. ;3

1. Although you can post in the Wishing Well, don't forget that you still need five posts before being able to post anywhere else. :3

2. As people said, you need to PM Kodai to ask for a * Trait of your choice. :3 You need to explain why your pet would be worth receiving the trait. And it doesn't have to go with types or appearance. ;3 My Khimera Sandford has Pyro because of his Ballama spirit, so.

3. I've never heard about that. o. o Well, even if you want, make sure not to ditch any of those that are * ones. =P Some pets have racial * traits, so, y'know. Better not to ditch them. <3

Thank you very much! And jsut so you know, I'm planning on trying to make a Celestial Heritage, vowed Sky Yonyuu, and I figured Caver was pretty unnecessary xD
