How do i end a post

Postby ocean fang » 09/22/2007 2:36 PM

One last noobish question.
I kinda want to know how to end a whole post. Such as i think im done with something i have posted, and other people have put their posts on it as well. When people do that im not sure if i know how to get rid of it when its all done. So what happens? Am I supposed to get rid of it some how, or dose it go away on its own after a number of days? :?

I'm assuming you mean you've completed a role-play and want your characters to be able to move on, and not have others post after you as if joining the completed role-play.

If this is so, then the best thing to do is (if you are the one who started the role-play) to go back and edit the title of your first post to include something like [Closed]. I personally make a note at the end of my last post that says something like: "ooc: This role-play is completed, please do not post."

(Also, what Stoffelees does is way better than asking a mod to close the thread for you - we really don't feel like going through and doing all that unessecary work.)
