Customs question

Suppose I wanted to get a custom, and suppose I wanted this custom to be wearing an outfit, such as a shirt/dress/cloak or a suit of armor. Would this count as an accessory or a custom color? How much extra would it cost? Would it even be do-able at all?

It would count as an accessory I think...But I don't think Baal is doing clothes. Just collars or jewelry, or tattoos and stuff.

Er... no, sorry. I don't think our 'accessories' policy stretches to include clothes. A hat, maybe, but no actual clothes. 
and the DJ mixes them all, and the music rhymes but it crawlsand the music comes from hydrogen bombs
Once you get locked into a serious music collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

Ahh. I entertained the idea last night of a custom wearing some armor plating, but as it's an impossibility, I'll not worry about it. Thanks, though.
