Okies, I cant get onto the Lands from home for some reason O. o
It keeps saying 'Server cannot be found' and is making me really mad and I rarely get access to non-home computers =/
Any ideas on how I could fix this?

I dunno what's going on, but Tock will know how to fix it. PMing her might be quicker (she's not online right now, though.) Or you could try and get her in the IRC channel.
