Rhosey was born in a fairly small town where all the people are essentially racist, thus hating her parents which were two different species, and her, their offspring. She was always a depressed child. Her parents were murdered when she was young and her house was burned down. Rhosey met War, her adopted older brother, when she was a young teenager. She, alongside him, is what I call a "reversal thief," where she steals back things that have been stolen, drags in criminals to be imprisoned, etc. Unlike her brother, she is nearly entirely incapable of killing. Pummeling someone to unconsciousness, yes, killing, not really. She has the ability to see with a grid-like vision, making her capable of seeing even in the dark or with her eyes closed, and she can semi-hypnotize people. (Though only if they are at least somewhat attracted to her.) Owns a giant library and information center (where she handles government documents). She is a "mortal-immortal." Born mortal, but had her life extended by a time manipulator, so she doesn't age. Her first fiancee, a famous singer, was murdered onstage when he was to announce their engagement. She is friendly, outgoing person, all together, though she fights a lot of depression because of the death around her. On her person at all times, she carries a magical handgun gifted to her by a battle element, which regularly shoots bullets that stun people, while there is a magical "unseen," trigger that shoots bullets that can harm even immortals. She drives a black, altered "combat" motorcycle with a bright green bat logo that matches the tattoo she has on her upper back, as well as an Aston Martin V12 Vanquish S, which is the "family car."

Adopted sibling to Rhosey. He is a rare, endangered species of fairy that had his wings torn off and replaced with metal blades. He spent several years in a laboratory of mad scientists which experimented on him. Physically strong, inhumanly so, and not the most social type, though he has a good heart and is extremely protective of his sister. Workaholic. He wields a giant blade and rides a heavily altered "combat" motorcycle. He kills if he must, though tries to avoid it because of Rhosey's distaste. His job is what tend to call a "reversal thief," where he steals back things that have been stolen, kills people that I have murdered, etc. He hates wearing light colored clothing, especially white, and is almost always in all black. His one true weakness is cinnamon-y sweet things.

True sister to War, she is a rare, endangered species of fairy. Captured alongside her brother by mad scientists and experimented on for years, she escaped with her brother's assistance to avoid an experiment that was likely to kill her. (Having her wings torn out.) Because of her previous encounters, it is difficult for her to trust humans. Dwells typically in the forest or at a secluded beach cove. Her voice and song is enchanting, similar to that of a siren, and is often mistaken as such, though her abilities work on all genders, even those lacking one. She doesn't wish to ever harm people. Typically described as having inhuman beauty, most people find even her physical form enchanting. Her second prominent ability is her capability to see both into the past and into the future, though she often cannot control it. Has yet to reunited with her brother and assumes him dead.

Once an ancient samurai warrior, his life ended when he returned to his home, after collecting a peculiar trinket, in the midst of an enemy invasion. His wife and young daughter were slaughtered long before he arrived. Enraged, he took revenge on many of the invaders, but vastly outnumbered as he was, he was eventually killed. However, the trinket in his possession prevented his soul from passing on. He's lived many years, dwelling without a known purpose, though he has taken up Rhosey and War's mansion as his typical haunt and treats them much like family. Typically, he is a see-through, very ghost-like, though he is capable of interacting with solid things. (Including being able to allow others to phase through solid objects.) He can take a normal physical form, though the amount of time he can stay that way depends on how much energy he has saved up before hand. Friendly, but a very lonely soul.

The daughter of a nearly supernatural woman, Esmarelda, and a reaper, Tahnvi, whom, by all accounts, is dead, there is no denying that Yumi's origins are odd. She is much like her sister, Yuki, as far as abilities go.  From her mother, a proverbial "Lady Luck," she inherited good fortune, while she inherited manipulation abilities from her father. However, where her father controls shadows, she is able to manipulate the unseen "essence," that surrounds every living, once living or animated object. Such power is considered great, to the point that where she concentrates well enough, she could manipulate a person on a whim for a short periods of time, although Yumi is frequently too timid to use her powers to their fullest extent. As a child, she often used them to get an extra candy or toy from an adult without even realizing what she was doing, but that was how she became so afraid of her own powers when she later realized what was happening. With power, comes great responsibility, and she isn't always very sure that she should be the one having such power. Unfortunately for her, the situation still arises where she sometimes uses her powers without realizing just what she is doing, particularly when pushed to the extreme. Being pushed too far, she will use her powers, rather she makes the decision to or not. Needless to say, she will fight if she has to fight, and can easily hold her ground.

Altogether, Yumi is a relatively shy person in social situations, unless she is in her element, so to speak. Sometimes meeting strangers makes her uncomfortable and she isn't all that sure what to say, however, she was raised to be a polite, well-mannered person, so she at least makes an effort to smile and greet those that greet her. Under some circumstances, however, where she is able to open up, she can have grand bouts of confidence and may then be outgoing. Typically, this is when she discovers a common interest with someone or if she finds someone or something particularly interesting or fun, though she isn't often the first person to engage a conversation, she simply replies when spoken to. She typically expresses herself more with her actions than her words, such as dancing at parties as opposed to chatting, even if she is also a wall flower. Luckily for her, she has very little worry as to what people think about her, never taking other's ill opinions of her to heart, even if she secretly worries about all the typical things that a young woman would. With such a mixed personality, she has a charm all her own, it leaving her to be an appealing sort of person with an almost innocent nature. Her parents sometimes fret about the intentions of those that approach her, for that reason, even if she is a smart young lady with a good head on her shoulders.

Growing up with an unpleasant past, having an unsupportive mother, a criminal father, and a brother that she'd rather not speak of, Harley pushed herself forward with her own strength and good merits. In school, she was not only an excellent gymnast but even sported fantastic grades and did a lot of volunteer work in the community, becoming her high school's valedictorian. Her graduation, however, went unattended by any member of her family. In her long brewing, unspoken spite against her family, she snatched up the scholarships offered her and made her way through college on her own, never speaking to them again.

She became a psychiatrist with good intentions, wanting to help people. Her success in the field had become well-known and she was even offered a position with the government, working with patients assigned to her which likely needed her help more than those who did and could easily afford it. It was only after a year that she was moved to another government department, which she later discovered was a private, secret agent force. She was to treat patients that had developed dissociative identity disorder, or so she was told. When it came down to it, though, she was required to force patients to develop dissociative identity disorder. In specific, she was forced to create an alternate personality in usually unwilling patients, a personality that both obeyed the agent superiors without any self preservation and thought themselves unbound by physical limitations - making them loyal and entirely unafraid in losing their lives. Her situation was do or die, and though she hated herself for what she did, she did it in order to save her own life, starting with a boy named Akito. Akito developed the personality and identity of Agito, though only Harley knows that the second personality was not her doing, but preexisted. Akito and Agito had only let on in order to protect Harley, at least so Akito claimed. In time, these acts twisted her mind, going so far as to even warp her own concept of physical limitations, and she became a field agent.

Now, Harley is often described as "nuttier than a fruitcake," by some of the agents she works alongside. She seems to find amusement in harming people, in battering them or blowing them to bits. In training to become an agent, she mastered all sorts of weaponry, even things considered incredibly unconventional, all the way down to a plastic spork or a toothpick. Her past training in gymnastics also leaves her dancing around the competition and opponents. Of course, though she displays her crazy personality and seems to have entirely lost it, she has retained every bit of her brains. Her unusual behavior is her strange coping mechanism in response to her tragic existence. Deep down, Harley still has a good heart, but should she not act on every order, she would be killed.
