For this reason, no man wanted anything to do with her, and a terrible sadness eventually overcame her, until she could no longer fight against those that wished to banish her from the world entirely. She was bound into a painting, although thousands of years later, the seal is finally breaking.

Her name "Mia," is derived from the "mi," of her name, not having ever been given a proper name.

She has an amazing sense of smell and amazing hearing, she is able to push herself physically without getting tired, retaining inhuman strength, the ability to run abnormally fast or jump from high heights without becoming injured. She is also able to harness fire and is essentially immortal, only certain weapons of mystical nature being able to kill her. Inside her body, she possess what she calls a "fox bead," which is essentially part of her own soul and, without it, her abilities are much weaker.
