A Little About Sky:
Not the kind to "Dress to Impress!", this girl is comfortable with just an old worn t-shirt and a faithful pair of blue jeans.  Though, that's not to say she doesn't like to be dressy at times, but her attire is usually just of a casual, everyday look.  Her hair, though clean and bouncy, is usually either flowing freely down to her mid-back or thrown up in a messy bun or ponytail.  Some of her noticable looks are her fingerless black gloves and those long feathers she wears happily in her hair.  

Bright brown eyes, long brown hair, and fairly tan skin, she looks pretty average.  Almost always smiling in the company of others, she comes off as a very cheery person without a care in the world, but in reality she's a fairly shy and loner type of girl.  She often finds herself deep in thought when alone and tries to stay busy and feel useful by running the Nightourour Reserve.  She loves making friends, most of them non-human, feeling humans are much more of a challenge to get to know.  She's not afraid to talk, but prefers to have someone else start off a conversation; she definitely is not one to go out of her way to say something, so you will usually have to talk to her first to get any sort of response out of her.  Her moods can be erratic, so don't be surprised if she's happy one day and then sad the next.

Luka is the type of guy to always go for a happier outcome, openly opposing most cruel and harsh mannerisms.  He often puts the feelings of others before his own, wanting nothing more that to make people happy.  However, he might not if it means his own happiness must be sacrificed.  How he responds to people is judged on how stable the relationship he shares to them; for example, he is kind to strangers as is to his friends, but that would be as far as his neck would stretch for someone he doesn't know well.  Not an incredibly active person, really, it would seem that Luka only works hard when attempting to woo a potential partner or when a troublesome situation pops up.  He works surprisingly well together with others despite his upbringing.  But, unfortunately, he is his father's child so he still a bit egotistical in manners of money and can be immature.

Background/History:
As it turns out, Luka arrived in Evelon after refusing to inherit the throne of his corrupt father.  Luka's father believed in rather cruel and decietful means of staying in power, and resorted to killing any opposition to insure his long rule and endless wealth.  Unable to ignore his father's actions any longer, Luka dropped his birthright as the next heir and fled to another land - Evelon.  He now seeks to perhaps build up his own kingdom one day, and to rule it in a more honorable manner than that of his father.

A very spirited man, Naveen loves to travel the lands selling his wares.  However, some of his merchandise may or may not be of good quality or value but so long as he makes his money, he'll sell it.  His wares usually consist of odd trinkets, some rumored to have magical qualities or powers.  Sometimes he'll even have pets, art, or other odd and end things in his stocks.  It is rumored that he even sold a slave boy once!  So it's probably safe to say that the fellow puts a price on everything.  Most people who dare approach the cunning man usually never walk away without purchasing something from him.  He's incredibly good at manipulating people to open up to him and his influences.  While he prefers to make honest sales, he's not above swindling to keep his pockets lined.  However, to keep up good sale's appearance, Naveen will do refunds... but you better be quick about it.  He never stays in the same place for long.  And who knows when or where he'll show up next!

Only loyal to those she knows well and trusts, Jizelle is not one to declare someone her friend in the first few minutes of meeting.  She's grown from her days as a naive pup - luckily Ahiga wasn't a hostile threat to her.  Very paranoid of strangers and, if threatened, she won't hesistate to attack.  She may not be the best at everything she does, but she is quite stubborn in achieving her goals.  Hardheaded in taking orders, she often lets her curiousity get the better of her.  While she is very secretive of her life, she often yearns for bonds.  She wants to socialize, but lets her trust issues hold her back.  And though it may not appear to bother her so deeply on the outside, she desperately wants to remember what happened to her in her past.  If it hadn't been for Ahiga telling her how she came to be with him, and a strong restless feeling deep within her soul, she wouldn't put so much thought into it.  But she wants to remember...  It feels important...

Background/History:

When she was a young pup, her markings barely visible, Jizelle was found up in the chilling Fe'gan Mountains of Basantha by a Glacial Werecain named Ahiga.  She was badly injured and subsequently unconscious upon a jagged slab of ice, floating down a small stream formed by the fresh waters of the melting glaciers.  Shortly after being retrieved from the icy waters by Ahiga, Jizelle regained conciousness and quickly took to the Werecain; she couldn't be pulled from his side and instantly regarded him as an elder brother.  Having won her way into the older Werecain's heart in a matter of minutes, she was happily taken in by him.  

Much to Ahiga's surprise, the young Lucain healed rather quickly, considering her condition.  Though, when she was questioned of her whereabouts before her rescue, she couldn't recall anything.  It had seemed that all prior memories had been lost, but it was apparent that she was a child of the snow; she took well to the icy terrain without problem, like a natural.  Over time, she seemed to form a special ability, so to speak.  As it turned out, she took well to the ice element, soon being able to show slight control over such things as light weather conditions and ice fragments.

Ever since that fateful day, she has since been with Ahiga and is almost never far away from him.  The duo usually reside high up in the very Fe'gan Mountains, close to where Jizelle was found.

A very misunderstood fellow, Domeskis is forced to hide behind a very rough and tough exterior.  Due to past troubles, he is referred to many as "Demon".  Not Domeskis.  These days he barely goes by such, really, but he will occassionaly reveal it.  But don't let the nickname and those chilling eyes scare you (though that's what he wants) because, in all truths, Domeskis isn't too bad of a guy.  Behind anger, there is kindness ... caring, and more than just a bit of goodness.  He's been known to play the "good samariton" card every once in awhile when he feels not too many eyes are looking.  The whole bad boy act is second nature; he'll talk big, pick fights, insult, and more but most of the time he is just putting on an act.  Bluffing.  He rarely backs his words up, hoping he can intimidate others enough to get what he wants.  But make no mistake, if you provoke him enough or corner him, he will fight back ... hard.

Background/History:
Abandoned as a pup for reasons unknown, Domeskis was soon adopted by a good-hearted family who did their best to raise the young Lucain right.  But not even their kindness could prevent the negative comments and cruel intentions of judging eyes.  No doubt the first thing about Domeskis you would notice would be his bright red eyes.  Well, those eyes of his drew negative attention; many called him a demon, even though he gave them no reason to see him as such.  

As one would expect, when you grow up in a less than welcoming environment, it tends to effect you.  In Domeskis's case, it had quite the impact on his view of others and how he viewed the world.  Though, luckily, his adoptive family managed to squeeze some kindness into him as, behind closed doors, he really is a nice guy.  Though, he puts on a tough guys act to scare others off.  He doesn't trust others much at all, but it doesn't mean he doesn't give them a chance.

Orestes is a man of few words.  He let's peoples actions do the talking.  That's usually always a good way of telling a person's true nature.  He's kind, but can also be cold to those he knows little of and when he's curious of your intentions.  Being of a reserved, hermit nature, he prefers to live up in the mountains away from overly crowded areas.  In a peaceful and quiet environment, he feels more focused and in control of his powers.  When he does speak, it's usually meant to correct a mistake or to teach, very little is actual conversation.  But if you hand around him enough, you'll learn to talk through body language as he often does.

Versed in the ways of magic and wizardry, Orestes blood runs strong with the rare talent for the arts.  Despite his lone wolf nature, he has managed to earn the title of a Master Wizard among magic folk.  He takes on the appearance of an elderly man in his 70s, but it is rumored that he is indeed well over a thousand years old.  No one knows for sure, but it is known that he is a very powerful Wizard that is to be respected.  It is also said that he can take on many different forms, both of human and of other designs.  I wonder if anyone would notice him then ...

Background/History:
Living high up in the frosty Tuun Mountains, Orestes certainly picked a secluded place.  Only the strong and strong-willed would be able to reach him, which is part of the reason he chose to board up in such a place.  And not only is it difficult to trek the treacherous cliff sides, but his lair is hidden from those unworthy, or otherwise normal folk.  Usually, only those with the blood talent for magic can have a chance at contacting him.  He likes to keep ties with loyal Wizarding families.

For many years, more than he'd care to admit, he's been strengthing and refining his talent, learning all he can and becoming well read of many spells and potions.  Every so often, he might even take on young apprentices to help spread the love and respect of the remarkable talent.  Only ever once, however, has he invited a young wizard to live with him.  That would be Ruben, a Blue Ancient of whom he's raised since he was a kit.  Not only did he see potential in Ruben, but took him in as too help Ruben's fearful mother, an acquaintance of whom he'd known for quite some time.  

Orestes has grown a bit lazy, now relying on the aged Ancient to fetch supplies and groceries for him, as he doesn't get out as much as he used to.  And it serves as good practice for Ruben, as he gets to exercise his skills out in the elements.  And he gets to socialize with many different people, a skill that Orestes hopes he'll embrace without trouble.

Background/History:
Born of wizard blood, Ruben was the only child of a worry-striken mother.  Ruben's mother, you see, was also of wizard blood, hence where Ruben in turn got his from.  However, his mother was unfortunate enough to have parents that refused to accept such a daughter, fearing that the wizardry would ultimately lead their family to destruction by some evil mean.  So cast out by her own family, his mother resorted to hiding her powers from the public eye and went on to try and live a normal life, though never loosing touch with her 'own kind'.  

Then, as if living a fairy tale, she found what could only be true love in the hands of a gentle mortal.  As much as she loved this mortal, she dare not mention her strange blood talent.  And for a while, it seemed perfect; she was never bothered to bring it up and at times her life was simply blissful.  But soon after their first, and what was to be their only child, Ruben was born, the magic within him became prominent at an early age.  So it had happened... the child had inherited her troublesom talent.  At that moment, she had decided that Ruben would never be safe if he was left in her care.  In a desperate and dreadfully heartbreaking attempt to give Ruben a better life than she had ever had, she handed the young Ancient off to a master wizard, rumored to be one of the most powerful in the regions.  

That decision was possibly the best thing to happen for Ruben.  Even though he didn't grow up with his blood mother and father, he was well taken care of, and was taught openly of his special gift.  And as such, he was taught how to harness it efficiently in to which his mastery could excell into great heights, something that would have been impossible had he stayed with his family and forced to bottle it all up.  The master had seen many potential children fall to ashes in such circumstances, never able to take full advantage of their wonderous heritage.  He was determined to not let Ruben fall into that fate.  To this day, the young wizard lives with the old master and is learning to become a master in his own right.
