Tucked up in the mountains stands a rambling house, clearly in some state of perpetual repair. The porch is sagging, the shutters don't all match, the siding has been patched and repatched. It is also splashed with color, primarily a rich midnight blue swirled over with bright purples and turquoises and pink shading into red. Delicate gold and silver filigree traces the windowsills and the door jams, trailing down the railings into bright starbursts of light. Clouds of fragrant flowers wave gently in the wind from planters and little garden beds around the buildings' foundations. Just visible around and behind it are several more buildings, similarly bright and cared for.

A sign posted by the front porch steps reads "The Nebula Host Home".

   About: Risnan is second in command to Chevaux and handles a lot of the minutiae for running a commune full of wildly different people occasionally struggling to live together. Mostly this means she runs around and tells people what to do. She's a perfectionist who holds herself to high standards, which mostly just makes her a bit of an anxious mess. Her anxiety manifests as a bad habit of micromanaging projects and holding others to her high standards as well. However, this makes her an excellent planner with at least two backup plans at all times. Off the clock, she's an excitable and friendly dork who loves to talk about her passions(stargazing, mostly) with anyone who shows an interest.

    About: In most senses of the term Arvid is a force of nature. He handles everything green and growing at the Home, from the daintiest flowers to the most gnarled of trees.
