A reckless thrill-seeker who doesn't like to slow down for anyone or anything. Self-centered and chooses to be ignorant. Will lie, manipulate, or steal to get what he wants. Not the character you'd trust to hold your bag while you went to the restroom. Seltz will do almost anything to keep boredom at bay, even if it means risking his life for a dumb stunt. Holds a deep resentment for authority figures, and anybody resembling one.

Scars crawl over his back and face from scuffles and scrapes throughout his life. Most notable is a large gash running down his chest from a rather intimidating character after failing to steal a particularly expensive accessory. His feathers are ruffled and unkempt, due to a slight lack of grooming.

Seltz grew up watching his parent exhibit careless and selfish behavior, and came to adopt many of their unhealthy habits and mannerisms. Was frequently neglected and left to his own devices, often leaving the house and staying out during ungodly hours of the night at a very young age. Was seen as the leader when playing with others, it was the way he unconsciously grappled for the slightest bit of control in his life, as he was still a child, and had to rely on his parents for a stable home and environment, which they never provided. Is not in contact with either of his parents, and has refused to interact with them since the day he turned 18 and left the house.
