It does, but it's a different sort of old-lady perfume, and such a strange one that the smell seeps into everything in the house, and your family eventually throws it out. (Who wants to eat old-lady perfumed spaghetti?)

You have perfect eyesight. In fact you have the eyes of an eagle, through some miracle of modern surgery. But you now have tinnitus so bad people have to scream to talk to you, and the ringing in your ears drives you to eventually either commit suicide or stand in front of a jet engine to go deaf to avoid the ringing (which doesn't work). Don't ask why the surgeons can't repair the auditory nerve damage...
