Nah. I worry about getting good grades in my exams, but that's a pretty "present" thing, otherwise I figure everything will work out okay. I'm pretty tenacious, so things usually go to plan.

Do you have any hobbies or interests that people wouldn't normally associate you with? Like, idk, being bookwork who also loves volley ball, or something.

I love individual sports, like running and badminton! They're so much fun, and there's no dumb team to make you feel like crap.

Favorite beverage on a cold night?

Tea! Loose, whole leaf tea. On a cold night probably something nice and comforting like Darjeeling. Or Earl Grey. Or green tea with mint, or mint and licorice, or yerba mate. ... just, tea. Some sort of tea.

Can you speak a language other than English?

Favorite beverage is long gone has been taken off the market a long time ago, it was Vault by Coca Cola and I'd kill to drink it again. My second favorite though is Mountain Dew Code Red, or as I call it my life giving blood.

Do you have children or do you plan on having children?

Edit:
Got snipped:

I can speak a little bit of German because my mom used to speak to us with it when I was young. Also know a little bit of Spanish but that's because my town is full of Mexicans (not racist)

I'm a weirdo who typically enjoys cold beverages on cold nights, so something like milkshake made with whatever flavor of ice cream I happen to have on hand often ends up happening. Alternatively, if I'm going for the classic warm drink on colds nights, I usually go for coffee with a hefty amount of hazelnut creamer.

Edit: Wow. Ninja'd twice. Yes, I have a child. One son, about for months old now.

What color(s) look best on you?

I think blues look best on me, although I'm told that light pastelly colors like yellow or light green look nice too~

What is your favorite period in time? Or, alternatively, favorite period aesthetic? (For example, I love the 1920s aesthetic, but I know that the 20s had a ton of problems ^^;)

The period of history I find most interesting is the Victorian era, like post 1850 to 1900 or so. Mainly because I'm very interested in the revival of spiritualism that happened around that time. (Though, let's face it, any time period where there's some weird occult stuff going on, I adore.) The Elizabethan era is also pretty interesting, particularly court stuff, and also all of the weird illnesses and executions and general gross crap.
As for aesthetics, Art Nouveau is pretty nice? As is, like the heavy Victorian opulence thing, and Medieval/Tudor stuff.

... I'm a history student, don't ask me about history. It's never going to end well. ;u;

Uhm. Have you ever given someone a gift you made yourself? If so, what was it?

All the time, actually! For holidays, I made my closest 10~20 school friends a bag of cookies or chocolate. I gave some of the kids who graduated last year little jars of dried flowers, to remind them of Miami when they went off to college<3 Last year, I made my  (old) best friend a scarf for her birthday, and a plushie of her cat as her graduation gift. When I went to a Japan, I crocheted my host sister a tiny rabbit plushie in a carrot pouch. Still gotta make one of my friends a unicorn for her birthday, and I'll likely be crocheting my (current) best friend something for when he graduates this year. OKAY. I think that's the major things, sobs. I'd post pictures, but I'm on my phone. (Maybe I'll just edit this post tomorrow.)

What sorts of books do you like reading? Genre? Length? Any specific themes?

A beautiful moon shines above again tonight,
And it sheds light happily over the world.
As for me, I'm just worthless, good for nothing,
Dreaming at daybreak, creeping at dawn.

Still I'll scream into the sky, hoping that somebody will find me.
I want to run, but there's no way out--
No bright future in sight.
But I still fly up like a butterfly, hoping that you'll find me.
A crescent moon, ugly children of the stars, flying with broken wings...!

Bumping this back because I think it's a really neat idea :3

Hmm, I'm into quite a wide range of books. I'm currently in between a biography of Stalin, the third Game of Thrones book (Storm of Swords) and this book called Child 44. I find myself most frequently reaching towards mysteries and books in the crime genre, I suppose, but I'm really game for anything. My university's library is extensive and works with other libraries all over the country to get whatever content students are interested in, so I've resolved to read as much as I can get my hands on! Length wise, I prefer longer books. The average pages of the books I read the most are...400-900? (A lot of those are Stephen King and the guy doesn't like to leave anything out XD) So I guess I've just become accustomed to it. If anyone ever has any book suggestions toss me a PM!

Are you dressing up for Halloween this year? What are you going as? Any special Halloween plans?

I am dressing up for Halloween, I'm going to be a spider web :3 xD. Nothing overly special, my mom and I have been thinking of trick-or-treating down the block and back though. Although if Leander has a party I'll probably go to it :D.

What holiday is the most fun for you? Why?

Halloween. I get to dress up at work, I get candy, I don't have to visit anyone if I don't want to. There's no familial obligations or dinner strings attached, just spooky movies and fun decorations and costumes and candy. As a cosplayer and a huge nerd, I will also take any opportunity I can get to dress up as a character and go out in public; the fact that I'll be getting paid to do so will just be a bonus.

If you could live in any fantasy world, which one would you pick and why?

I think I'd have to pick the Pokemon world. :'D  Being able to befriend and grow up with a bunch of magical creatures would be super amazing.

Do you still dress up for Halloween? If so, what are you going as this year?

But there will come a time
You'll see, with no more tears
And love will not break your heart
But dismiss your fears
Get over your hill and see
What you find there
With grace in your heart
And flowers in your hair

Of course! X3 It's a big party weekend at my university, so it's just a mess from Thursday to Sunday lol. This year I think I'm going as Lola Bunny from Space Jam, a referee, and the third costume I'm still deciding on! Pretty stereotypical, I suppose, hehe.

What has been your favorite Halloween costume you've ever worn? Or if you're never had a favorite of yours, favorite one you've ever seen?
