Archaic's whole outlook on life isn't a very pleasant one. Instead, he looks at life simply like a game in which he wants to gain everything he can and tear everyone else down before the end of his time. He goes about ruining people's lives by publicly humiliating them in the newspaper and magazines and turning people against one another, making them his pawns in their own destruction. He was once classified as a gossip columnist. The only difference from a typical one being that he writes every piece of gossip on his own and he never says anything even remotely good about anyone, twisting his lies so elegantly and with so much skill that it makes people believe them. He is, indeed, popular, so much so that he now works in a high position at a magazine company, writing his own stories while often dictating what stories the rest of the staff publishes and maintains the magazine's website. The best part of all is that he doesn't write under his own name, but under the alias "Kobra," so that he, as Archaic, always remains safe. In this sense, he lives two lives, as two very different people. In meeting someone face to face, he is usually very well-natured and decently mannered. In fact, he's generally good at making friends with just about anyone. He doesn't pick fights in person, nor say anything nasty about anyone. The truth of the matter, however, is that in getting close to Archaic means that Kobra just might ruin your life.

Though he has never once married, Archaic found himself to be a single father with a series of unfortunate events. As was likely expected of him, he has wooed many different women on various occasions, but he didn't know he was a father until after his first children were already born. Their mother had never contacted Archaic about being pregnant and he only found out after she had grown very ill and passed away. He was contacted about his children, that she had claimed him the father, and he took them in, surprisingly, without a second thought on the matter. It wasn't all that long afterward that he discovered that had other children, a few years younger, and that their mother had become unfit to raise them, becoming a drug addict, and had abandoned them. Immediately, again, he took them in.

As a father, he is greatly different than any way that anyone else ever sees him. He is very encouraging and loves his children more than anything, willing to do everything in his power to make them happy. Ironic as it is, he always tells them to be anything that they want, to do anything they want, and not to care about what anyone else thinks of them. In a way, through these encouraging words, which he never fails to remind them of, he protects them from people like himself, that would only serve to tear them down. He is a world different from his parents and how they raised him, as they were too busy in their own lives to take care of him, he was only raised by nannies, maids and the school system. Though they may have paid his tuition to attend the best grade schools, he left his parents when he graduated high school, earning his own tuition through scholarships to attend the school of his choice, which lead to his career in writing.
