I'm up for all kinds of RPs. Feel free to look through here and see if any of my plots catch your eye, if not feel free chuck your characters at me.
UPDATE, I'm looking to RP my new Noir-style detectives Drake and Juanita who can be found here. I'd love to find a lifemate for Drake, maybe? But otherwise all kinds of RPs are good.
I'm up for finding lifemates for pretty much most of my characters, so here's a few:
James Makepiece - Captain of the Gallimaufry - Totally idealistic pirate captain who thinks he can play Robin Hood and not have to deal with any of the consequences. He's charismatic, idealistic and a natural-born leader. It's very easy to fall under his spell and get caught up in whatever ill-advised idea he's currently working on. That being said, there isn't a mean bone in his body, his word is totally reliable. He continues to exist in his own world unaware of the affect he has on people (and the trouble he's headed towards). Because of his wholly good attitude he can be naive.
Any gender is fine. Pref. someone really awful?
Jahir, in his youth was quite reckless and flamboyant, very brave, but always getting into trouble, but usually smart enough to get himself back out of it. He was always very loyal, sticking by his friends to the last, and that hasn't changed. He's only in his forties now, but that reckless desire for glory and (eventually) to do the right thing has lead him into more than one conflict. You'd think he'd be ready to retire with his wounds and his bad leg, but no. Jahir has mellowed out a lot since his youth, but remains hardworking and diligent in his duty to do the right thing. He's a man of his word, but that doesn't mean that Jahir doesn't know how to have fun and he has a fairly raucous sense of humor.
Seeking females only.
Erin Campbell - The eldest of Netty and Maddox Campbell - She's confident, loud, and knows how to get what she wants. She's also terribly, terribly stubborn. She's not a bad person, honestly, she tries to do what's right most of the time but lives by the motto "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission". She currently works in a pretty large factory that makes parts for airships. She's bored and looking for adventure and that makes her something of a loose cannon.
Seeking males.
Mavis Campbell - One of the middle children of Netty and Maddox Campbell. She's a lot calmer than her sister, preferring to look before she leaps. She has a twin brother Cole. Mavis has always been the most normal one out of the the family, the plainest, the one most likely to go unnoticed. She's friendly, warm, and collected. Although she isn't one to be underestimated, Mavis is smart as a whip and tends to notice things long before other people catch on. Her intention is to go into the police force.
Seeking only females. [Maybe a small-time criminal type? Or a detective?]
Cole Campbell his weak constitution has forced him from the city where his parents live. Captain of a battered old airship. Although rather lacking in crew at the moment. Cole is loud, cocky and sarcastic. He enjoys winding people up, he has a nose for a bargain too. He's more like Mavis than he likes to pretend, it's difficult to ruffle his feathers, but has a fear of being seen as weak.
Seeking either gender.[Maybe someone who wants to join the crew of his airship?]
Ulysses Civitello - The know-it-all mechanic of Cole's airship. Can come across as pretty stand-offish and cold. They get wound up pretty easily, because they have very high standards. Although, they seem to get on pretty well with Cole, ignoring his jabs or just returning their own. They don't like to spare people's feelings and take a pretty utilitarian view of most things. Ulysses doesn't like to tell people anything about themselves, where they've come from or what they did before they joined Cole. All in all, they're pretty mysterious.
Seeking either gender
Reynard is a knight from medieval England who's accidentally got transported to Evelon. He's kind of goofy, for a knight. He gets lost pretty easily, but is more capable than you might imagine. He's a kind and adorable fluff ball who happens to be able to kill people with swords!
I'd like to pair him with someone a little bit strange? So they can introduce him to the weird modern day world. Any plot they're involved in is fine too, since it'd be interesting for Reynard to get caught up in it.
Hylas is a shapeshifter who /usually/ identifies as male but not always. They're a priest of a little known trickster god and run around with your typical set of fantasy adventurer types. They're apparently looking for treasure. They have a habit of getting into trouble, being morally ambiguous and faking their own death
Thursday Macloughlin - Also works at the haunted bookshop. He's very calm and sweet, the opposite of Gabriel, he has a nice word for everyone and thinks the best of the world. He hates confrontation and the only other thing that ruffles his feathers is romance because he falls in love very easily and usually ends up with his heart broken.
Seeking males or females, slight preference for males.
