Personality
In a distant world, Charis was not such a rarity. In a distant world, the only language spoken was that of the dragons. Those with magic were everywhere, and they were revered by some--and feared by others. She herself was what was classified as a "battle-mage"--exceptionally skilled in both magical combat and swordplay. Her kind were among the most powerful in their world: respected, feared, and above all, known.
Evelon, however, is not that world.
When Charis discovered herself in this world, she had few memories of her life before, and she had to learn a whole new language in an attempt just to get along--but she hated speaking the common tongue. It felt unnatural to her vocal chords, and it grated on her ears. When her sister appeared in the realm with her, she was relieved--here, at least, was another dragon who spoke her language--quite literally.
Then, she stumbled across another dragon deep within the Whisper Forests. When she first heard the ancient Draconic tongue from him, she wondered if she had stumbled into a portal that had taken her back to her own world. Instead, she found but a single dragon--guarded by a vicious hound that chased her off before the two could get more acquainted.
