So I've been sitting on this one for a while, but I've been too busy to show it off:



When I dropped a handful of species along with my random custom token, I sort of had an inkling Florana would get picked. If only because I'm not sure there IS another custom Florana out there yet? Maybe I'm wrong. Still, I sort of expected it! What I'll admit I didn't expect here is the color scheme. I imagined something pretty bright, but this is a very earthy Flora. Still, I can see some moth inspiration here, and I could see her as having a "reverse ugly duckling"-type personal backstory...

Aaah, I'd seen that Florana in the PB earlier, and I have to say I love the subtle patterning on it. It's super pretty ;-;
Also yeah I think there is a couple of custom Florana out there! I made a poison dart frog one, Baal has one and I think there's another two but I can't recall what they were. c:

He's based of Coyote from Gunnerkrigg Court who is based on many first nations legends of Coyote (from central USA I primarily, I believe). I wub him~ He thinks of Zed as some sort of distant family! YEY~!

Moof - YOOO I've never read Gunnerkrigg but I'm very familiar with the Coyote character from it. xD The resemblance is uncanny! Does this mean we can have colored linearts on customs, now? ovo!! It suits him so well, eheh~ Very cool design.

Sorry for the double post. I don't think I ever remembered to show this lovely off; Kodai and Kyrit did a wonderful job! <333 She's based on the Wiccan religion, and all five elements that are an integral part of it. I think she turned out so great!

There was much humming and hawing over the line art. Baal said it was cool though, because it wasn't anything too hard core hard. It's just a gradient overlay, and not individually colouring parts to line up with markings or anything like that.

And I'm glad people like him~ ^u^ I HIGHLY recommend the comic~
