Daylight Savings has officially come to an end here on Evelon, so please make sure to go to your settings and turn it off unless you want your times to be off by an hour. As I type this it's currently 2:40 Evelon Standard Time, so make sure you know your times right.

This is a few days behind since I've been fighting with terrible internet back home, but the times have changed on us once again. It is currently 1:17 PM Evelon Standard Time. Please make sure to set your clocks accordingly so you don't miss any deadlines or special events.

Whoops. It looks like I never posted here back when DST ended. Well, DST has once again come upon us, forcing our poor clocks forward by an hour. If you keep your clock set to follow the proper Evelon time, please make sure that in your settings you are on [UTC -5] Eastern Standard Time and have Yes checked on "Summer Time/DST is in effect." Wouldn't want to miss out on the end of an auction or event due to not knowing the time, right?

Fall is officially upon us! What many probably consider a silly practice by now has changed the times were on Evelon once again as Daylight Saving Time has ended. Please be sure to go to your settings and switch the "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" to no or you'll be an hour ahead of Evelon even if you're set to EST.

A simple and quick message to say Daylight Savings Time (DST) has been in effect since last Sunday, where we had to go forward one hour.

In your settings, make sure to check the box that asks if DST is currently in effect, or else you'll be an hour behind Evelon time.

Make sure to uncheck the box in your settings that asks if DST is in effect, or else you'll be an hour ahead of Evelon.

As of Nov 1, daylight savings time has ended. Please make sure that "Summer Time/DST is in effect:" under the settings tab is turned to off. It is currently 4:55 pm EST [16:55]. Since we forgot to post when it happened, if you were within an hour late for a breeding post yesterday or today (since we went back an hour, your deadline would have been an hour earlier than you thought if you didn't know to turn off DST) you will be forgiven. Now that this announcement has been made though, keep in mind that you won't be able to use DST as an excuse if you make a mistake within the next few days. ;)
