And I've recieved her a few times over the years and I've always wanted to make a specific Monster Hunter creature for her, but I've never worked out just quite how to pull it off. But then when I was watching Baal make the paragon head revamps and we were talking about how you might be able to make a Gravios out of a Deserthorn, an idea clicked.

Talking with you this year, making plots and RPing them out, was definitely one of the highlights of the year for me. <3 Thank you so much for helping keep me sane through a year with my gremlins, and for always being my night timezone buddy. I don't think I talked to anyone as much as you this year, partially because of that. Here's hoping your 2017 is fantastic. I'm wishing for good health for you too! Watch out for them colds!

I know I haven't been super... present this holiday season (things got so, so hectic IRL; I literally go back to work tomorrow morning at 9). :'v Hello all. It's been a while since I've shown my face around these here parts. Silverin and I were included in the staff secret santa, so here I am.

I've already thanked Toxic in PMs, but I'm super stoked to have that Snowball! A few of the customs on my Wishlist are based on facets of me, so I'm happy to get any of them! This Snowball here is based on asexual colors, from a few labels under the umbrella. :>

And now, for my gift... I'm not gonna lie, I was super stoked when I saw who I got. The gal I get to spoil here tonight is...

I guess it's kinda cliche, but I really wanted to give you something that came from me. So it's not a critter from your Wishlist at all, but hopefully you'll like this little guy! He's based on a Mandarin Duck! And I chose to make a pet based on a duck because they're associated symbols like longevity, emotional and psychological support... things that you gave me for the past years, but especially for this past one of 2016.

I have the tendency to end up pushing people away from me, whether willingly or by just being... well, me. And the thing is that I can be aggressive and say things I shouldn't say. And this year sure was full of those times, towards a lot of people and towards you. And I was scared I'd pushed even you away.

And yet here we are, still super close, still BFFs. My paranoia and my insecurities do their best to make me believe that people will never forget and that they'll grow resentful towards me, and that they'll stop talking to me. And despite it all, you're still here with me.

You're my special friend out there, my waifu, my zucchini. I appreciate everything you do for and with me, and I wanted this little critter to represent exactly that. <3

Happy New Year my girl, and to everyone else! I hope 2017 will be a better year for everyone and everything!
