Raiden
(Location is Lamenolai)
Raiden strolled in through the busy city gates, hands in his pockets, not a concern in the world. Anyone paying attention might notice the occasional woman who'd turn to glance at him. Today, though, he didn't return their looks. He was supposed to meet someone for a blind date, apparently, and it would be terrible of him to show up surrounded by a gaggle of women. Some women, in his experience didn't mind, but others could be shy, self-conscious, or jealous types who might not handle it well. Last thing Raiden wanted was to start the date off on a sour note.
Somewhat awkwardly, Raiden ducked into an alley when he saw a particular group of women up ahead. They'd heard him sing at the pub his sister'd dragged him off to the other night and had instantly become part of his apparent fan club. (Until that night, he was unaware he even had a fan club.) Fan girls of his were a definite no-no for a first meeting, much less a date. Hopefully they wouldn't bother him later - pretty much every woman left him alone when he was focused on a specific individual. He never did quite understand why, some kind of unspoken rule among females?
He suddenly stopped when he realized he'd gotten lost in his thoughts. Turning, he looked around quickly to make sure he hadn't walked past his destination. Ah! Just another block up was the little coffee shop with the bright red awning. It was quite easy to recognize, so it made for a good meeting place. Hopefully, Isabel had made sure the other party knew where to meet. Walking over to the patio fence, he leaned against it casually and looked around. In a white button shirt slightly open at the collar and with reddish-orange hair, Raiden would be pretty easy to pick out from the other pedestrians. Unfortunately, Isabel had failed to ask how he'd recognize his date. Well, hopefully she'd find him.
