You're walking down a lonely street when two mysterious looking females lucains seem to materialise from nothing in front of you, each with a matching grin on their face. One looks at you and waves her tails at you beckoning for you to follow, whilst the other gives you a secretive wink. Full of curiousity you decide to see what they are up to and follow them tentatively, noting the strange wisps of shadow like substance that seems to flow around them.

Eventually you come to a small building, with a tatty wooden door, the twins have vanished from sight and you carefully push the door open. It creaks as it opens and disturbs eons of dust which swirls around in the air and dances in the faint light that shines through the cracks in the ceiling and walls. The twins are stood behind a wonky counter, still grinning broadly at you. "This one looks quite lucky, don't you think Morrigan?" the first females says to her sister, "Yes, very!" her sister replies and with  a sweep of her tails she draws you attention to a piece of parchment on the counter; which you proceed to read.

Okay, so even if I buy all the pets I want i'm going to have at least 200EP left over (and up to 400+ because i'm still undecided on some pets). With my leftover I am going to hold a raffle, for prizes see below. So if you want some EP here's the place to apply, but make sure you read the rules first, thank you.

~ Entry cost = 10KS (send this when you enter with a note)
~ Please post a number between 1 and 40 for your ticket.
~ You must roleplay your entries (I require entertainment XD )
~ Only people who actually participated in the events but gained few EP (less than 200EP)or who wanted to participate in the event but couldn't because of time issues can apply. Anyone who did not desire to participate CAN NOT APPLY!
~ KS entry fees are non-refundable, so no whining if you don't win anything, I will be using a random number generator to pick the winners.

I think that's everything, I may hold a second contest depending on whether or not I use the rest of my EP up. Now on to the prizes:

First Prize: up to 90EP
Second Prize: up to 70EP
Third Prize: up to 50EP
Fourth Prize: up to 35EP

Walking in, Rafa went straight to the young lady at the front.  Apparently Nyxia and Myrina needed something called EP, and there was a contest here to help people get some.  "Ex-ex-excuse me Miss The-the-theia.  I would like to en-en-enter your contest if you'd ple-ple-please?  I'd like to enter with num-num-number 16 please."  His voice program wasn't quite ready yet, but hopefully Rafa would be able to convey the message at least.

Jackie was wlking down the streetof the busy marketplace and saw two black female lucains. She decided to see what they were selling. She noticed a sign that send they were having a draw for EP. She was pretty sure that ment Easter Points."Excuse me, may I enter the draw with the number 25, please?"

Finding the place he was looking for, Aidyn took off running. Panting he came up to the two girl lucains. "Hey, I need to hurry up, I need to get back to Janaiya... she needs me to help her with her... never mind you wouldn't get it. But since I want to get her something special, and I only have somewhere around 14 EP or something, I would love to obtain more from your little contest." he sneezed quickly, and quickly apologized. "Sorry, I've had a bad cold for a long time now, it's been getting worse every day! I'd like to enter number 7 please! Just tell Amellina if she wins. I have to go!" he thanked them and ran off running, throwing a small bag of KS at the girls.

Alanah toddled up to the two Lucain, with a curious expression on her face- that changed to one of delight when she noticed that the two Lucain in question where holding some sort of raffle and since she and Zee had only 52 EP between them, this was perfect!

"I'd like to enter this little raffle~" She smiled warmly as she tipped a handful of Keystones on the counter. "The number's 33."

The Despair Kuhna, Zephon just rolled his eyes. Spending all her money again... a typical woman.

Oh oh oh, what was this? What in the heavens' name is this? Kaleb stared at the parchment, his front paws bracing himself on the counter. He sort of got it, he wasn't sure what EP was or anything-- wait, wait wait wait, Laika-girl said something about it, yes? Yes, yes! She didn't have very many, that's all. Well, Kaleb would get her more! That would repay Laika-girl, after he ate her plants, yes yes!
Kaleb took the needed coins from a pouch around his neck (for a stray he was loaded, who knows where he got all of it) and gave it to the dark, mysterious ladies up front. What number? Wait, what numbers are below forty?
67? He liked that number, but no no, can't use that one. He spent a second trying to figure out usable numbers.
"T-three!" he meowed, or that's what he hoped it sounded like. He still couldn't say his 'th's very well. He grinned like only a cat can and mentally crossed his fingers. He hoped he got it!

[Remedy]

Obviously annoyed, a female Lucain abruptly came storming up to the two Lucains.  "I'd like to enter this contest under the name of Pickle with number 13" The words came out in a slur through gritted teeth.  She handed over the entry fe, crossed her arms, and tapped her foot impatiently.
 This was the fourth errand in a day she ha to run.  It was beginning to seriously tick her off.

As it reached 5pm on the final day of the raffle, the shadowy twins looked at each other, mirroring each others movement perfectly. The one with the reddish Wingblades named Morrigan spoke "Time is up! Morwena and I shall now convene to decide the winners" she announced matter of factly. Swishing their tails behind them, the pair vanished into a dark doorway behind them. It wasn't long before they returned, bearing with them four small pouches; which probably contained the prizes. The twins placed the pouches down upon the wonky counter, in ascending order from right to left, Morrigan positioned herself on the right side of the counter whilst Morwena stood to the left. They faced the small crowd of participants, who all seemed eager to hear the results.

Morwena cleared her throat gently, "First Prize of 90EP goes to Arya Elfbane", then Morrigan spoke flowing seemlessly on from where her sister had left off "Second Prize of 70EP goes to jackie125", "Third Prize of 50EP goes to Amellina", "Fourth Prize of 35EP goes to Pickle". The sisters continued to speak in turn, seeming unerringly as though they were truly one entity in two bodies, as they stood there calling out the winners with their matter of fact tones their tails swayed gently behind them in exactly the same manner, even when one shifted a back paw, the other sister imitated so quickly and flawlessly that it was as though they had both moved precisely as one. "Make sure to PM Theia with", "what you want to do with", "your EP. And remember if", "you have any left over EP that you won't use, Theia", "gets to keep it and we will choose", "a Fifth winner to receive them". They quickly handed out the pouches to their respective winners, and with a final joint "Fare  Well" they turned and once more dissipated into the darkness of the back room.
