The Slynx's scavenger hunt had aroused the curiosity of a few of the dumb plains dwelling creatures. It was strange seeing a creature, or even a predator doing such weird and curious things. Like, who bothered picking up bits of nature, for the sole purpose of entertainment?
Nature just sat there and rotted, it held no entertainment value. Sure it might even be tasty, but if you couldn't use it to eat, sleep on or make a nest out of then it was pretty much worthless, right?
And that's why the little creatures found it so amusing, that was until the Slynx decided to head in their general direction. Then, as quick as a whip, the creatures darted back into their little underground burrows. Predators were predators after all.
