Under the canopy of trees, the last light of the setting sun was a fiery orange. The night came quickly in the forest and the creatures of the night roamed freely. Storm had no fear for such beasts, but it was safer to stay in his own territory. The creatures feared him. They knew what he was. They could sense it in him.
The moon was waxing, but still it was bright enough to illuminate the midnight sky. He knew it was coming...But not this day. When the moon was at it's fullest, his curse would be unleashed. He feared himself more than anything else in the world. He had hidden himself away deep in the Tengel Rainforest, in attempt to avoid injuring anyone else. After he changed, he had no memory of what had occurred, so he would never know what he had done.
He had had almost no interaction with other sentient beings. Though he can communicate with many of the animals, they usually run in terror when he approaches. If only he could talk to someone who didn't know who or what he was.
