When you click on the "Donate" link, it will take you to a page with two boxes. There will be one box like this:

DulledOUT [Keystone total] [Insert number of Keystones to donate here] FireHeart [Keystone total]

Next to that box, there will be one that says "Message". You have to type something in here, otherwise I won't get any notification that you've sent the keystones.
