Images are in people's pens/records (I don't have all my pets in my pen, and I think the sig links to the old one). Right click > "Copy Image URL" > paste in "[img]"%20"[/img]" brackets in reply.

Most people have links to their pens in their signatures, so you can check out their pets there. Once you find an image you like, the easiest way to post it here would be to right-click it, click "Copy Image URL" (or if you have an older iteration of the browser, it might be in "Properties", or you could get the url by opening it in a new tab), then in the reply box here, click on the button that says "Img" and paste the link in there. It would look like this:
