Armatas and Arkiel human forms

For some clarity in case of confusion:
- The thing around Armatas's neck is a pendant on a rope, which is also attached to his cape.
- The black stuff on Armatas's cape is black fur
- The markings on Armatas's sleeves are chevrons
- The bottom markings on Armatas's coat are a W shape above a diamond
- Armatas has epaulettes (that I really badly drew OTL)
- I haven't officially decided on colors, but Armatas's boots can be black, too, if they end up in the pic
- Arkiel's cape is held together by a brooch on his shoulder
- The thing on Arkiel's neck is essentially a glowstick on a metal chain
- The thing at the "claw" end of Arkiel's staff is a glass orb

Description of Order:
Ok. So. Armatas is the ruler of a kingdom called Telos, and Arkiel is his younger mage brother. Armatas is arrogant, rude, and entitled, and sometimes he gets his sass on when he's mad. Arkiel on the other hand is a quiet, thoughtful, kind young man who often has to restrain his brother when things go down. Although Arkiel doesn't like it when his brother gets nasty, he still cares for Armatas, even when Armatas pushes him around. Armatas, though he doesn't really exhibit anything like love towards Arkiel, has enough sense of familial duty to help Arkiel out in a pinch. If you want a better sense of them, this post has their biographies, and this RP post is a pretty good demonstration of their sibling dynamic. For the drawing, I would like something involving Armatas angrily RAEGING/SASSING with his sword (you don't have to draw that exact sword, but that's a good idea of what I imagine him using). Arkiel should be trying to restrain him with a fair amount of distress.

Preferred Medium (If sketch if chosen, pencil or digital): Up to you o3o Though if you allow it, I'd be interested in coloring your sketch since I want to figure out their colors in human form.

Description of John with some standard reference links because I haven't tried drawing him yet. Links aren't.. by any means exactly what he looks like, just what I used when I was trying to make him.

As a human, he dresses in a rather odd way. His upper attire consists of a plain off-white shirt, under a fancy black vest. Over that, he wears a thick, full body black trench coat, slightly parted. His pants are simple black leggings and he wears worn boots. His hair is short and dark orange, that has been artificially dyed to have blond highlights. He has a neat, well kept short boxed beard. Keeps his cutlass hanging loosely from his belt on one side and his pistol holstered on the other.
The necklace, on it’s own was ordinary. To the common eye, it boring sphere of what appeared to be just common stone, gripped in a metal talon and attached to a rope.
Left Ear covered in piercings, one flesh tunnel, one hoop and several studs. Right ear tattered. Scars all over body. Missing several fingers (left index, right middle, left pinkie). Appears to be 28-34.
