Fisher wasn't sure just how he'd become appointed as 'official errand boy' - well, no. That was a lie. Though it had been so long ago now, verging on a couple of millennia, that the details had begun to wear thin in his mind. What he
did know was that it was in title only, and he hadn't actually signed up to be shoving his way through town in the middle of the night to talk to some shady character near a saloon. The further he got away from the hustle of the city and towards the plains, the more nervous he became. Being an immortal being had done nothing for his general anxiety, it seemed. It was difficult to trust strangers, and Amp's "You can't die so you're probably fine,' hadn't actually done much to quell it either.
When he spotted the guy, he held his breath and marched up to him. Best to get this over with quickly so he could go home and binge something mindless on the television. "Hello, I was told that I have something that might... interest you? Perhaps?"
Well he hadn't stuttered, and that was a nice start.
